  • i say back to basics... protein shakes, yogurt, soup and sugarfree popcicles thats my advice im just 7 weeks out but yeah... thats my advice

  • Yeah, I got onto the scale and gained 7 # in about a week. Just sitting around watching movies. Start WALKING! And RUN from the snacks and things you are not supposed to have anyway....remember the restaurant video...I STILL don't have the link for it....WHERE IS IT???

  • Cut out ALL carbs. Only eat meat and veggies. Also, cut out all sugards for the first week. Believe me. Carbs pack on the carbs and no carb is easy to do. lettuce wrapped burgers, nothing fried, NO soda or booze. You can do it!

  • awe i am sorry you are going through that. i have gained 43lbs from my pour eating choices, i found out i need support. that is the key to get through the weight gain and maintains quick fixes are just that. as soon as you go back to your old eat habit its going to come back. for now do the 5 day pouch test and start exercising again,i am making video of my new weight loss journey and making workout videos so comeback here for support. i missed your videos! =) good luck!

  • @blkericia Thanks so much! I saw ur videos no again.. I have seen your loss journey.. and you are freakin gorgeous... Thanks for the help.. all of you!! i am starting tmro.... I will do chicken breast only for 1 month...

  • @xbubloox meat for a month? i am sorry but you will past out from no carbs, at least throw in some veggies. it will work out for us again. weight loss//gain is going to part of life no matter how hard we try, but if we have support we can over come it. take care =)

  • 5 day pouch test,back to basics...lots of water,exercise,lots of veggies....good luck :)

  • Thank you so much! I will do that method. I will stick to half a chicken breast at each meal for 1 month.. hope this works.. for me.. stay tuned for an update!!! You made me feel better..

  • Does for me? I will go back to losing 1-2 lbs a day like when I first had surgery for a couple of weeks. Also, I will add I am not an excerciser.... unfortunately that part never caught on with me pre or post surgery. I have just been fortunate to lose the weight anyway without working out. Just the change in diet is usually enough for me, and elimanating all the carbs I have let creep into my diet.

  • And it works? The weight comes back off?

  • I play around with the same 20 lbs or so all the time. I try not to let it get any further out of hand than 20lbs, I don't weigh myself everyday anymore but I can usually tell when theres even 5 extra coming on. My lowest weight was 158......the highest I have ever let it get back to is 181. I immediately will cut off all snacks and go to strictly 3 meals of protein. And double up on my water

  • Thank so much for the quik reply... I have a question... how much have you regained and lost again?

  • By the way, you look beautiful as always:-)

  • Why not go back to basics, thats what I do when I catch myself regaining a little......I just go back to my all protein all the time meals, and lots of water!
