  • I've done the glycose test and I had to drink pure glycose water. And I had to wait two hours and give blood twice. Just because I have very mild diabetes. Sucked. :D

  • Best way to gain weight is to incorporate foods that are high in protein and good fats to your diet. Like peanut butter, avocados, fatty fish, milk, dairy, and nuts. You could also try Bellybars

  • dont' worry too much about your weight gain i mean worry a little but not much i was 102 lbs when i first got pregnant and by the time i gave birth to my son i weighed 127 lbs. i didnt get any stretch marks through my whole pregnancy i drank lots of water and applied coco butter once in the morning and once at night.

  • Hey :) For the weight gain, you should try to drink Ensure. They're like protein shakes, but they have a BUNCH of nutrients in them which will be good for you and for the baby. It's a good caloric supplement and might help you with gaining! Good luck :)

  • Lots and Lots of fatty foods- but good fats and high calorie, I ate a lot of peanut butter, raw almonds, and startches, potatoes, bread, dumplings. and honestly less junk- like craving foods that wont benefit the baby's weight growing, you wont believe what labor takes out of you so yep you'll want to gain as much weight as you can, dont worry it comes off:-)

  • try drinking milk shakes, I have read that those are good because they are fattening, but they still have the nutritional value of getting your calcium

  • Don't worry about weight gain. I lost 10 kg in the beginning of my pregnancy, but now I am near the end I am putting it all back on! So you will gain weight if you or the baby needs it.

  • try drinking ensure. it is a nutritional supplement, I think it is a little expensive in the US but it is like 350cals in one drink so will get a load of extra calories in and it is really nutrient dense so definitely help you with gaining weight. It is typically used for helping anorexics gain weight so look into it, it doesn't even taste that bad either.

  • when i was pregnant i got aniemic and got low iron and that caused me to not gain weight. i only gained 25 pounds when i was prego and at the end of my pregnancy i lost 8 pounds. i hope all is ok! you are so pretty and i love the name Jada! i love your videos!

  • Hey - I used to have a hard time gaining weight, too, and started eating these things to gain weight: White rice, Eggo waffles, whole milk, Eggs, Cheese, and Beans of any kind. I hope this helps - you don't look bad or sick, so I bet you can gain a few pounds and make your doc happy. I'm expecting a boy in October, so my tastes might be different from yours. Congrats on the new place and healthy baby updates!

  • eat like a serving of fruits & veggies everyday. & then eat a bunch a junkfood until you get fat. Thats what i did. & hey by the time i hit 37 weeks I had gained about 31-32 lbs whole pregnancy.! dont be scared of the calories there your friends. I usually just ate like every hour or two. That should help!

  • That's cool that you have no stretch marks, and awesome that you passed all your tests! A good way to gain weight is to have milkshakes after every meal, i had to do that and it works really well! If josh does not want to be on video, could you show his picture to make those doubters shut their mouths. Hope you and josh are well!

  • omg you are soo all baby!!! you should be eating LOTS of lean meat, healthy veggies dark green leafy veggies, and up your calories by adding in a treat like ice cream or something. also eat more times per day even if you are not really hungry! happy almost birthday!
