As a North Carolinian born and bred, James Taylor is naturally my favorite singer ever. This performance blew everyone away. And I'm 17. I didn't even get to see James Taylor in his prime, and he still amazes everyone here. A true legend.

I remember watching this on TV and feeling the goosebumps rise on my arms when JT started singing the second verse. I've been listening to James Taylor since I was a teenager (I'm in my 40s now), and I never get tired of listening to his music. His voice was strong and his smile was bright. This was an amazing performance, and the Zac Brown Band got robbed of a CMA that night. (No offense, Lady Antebellum fans!)

This is one for the ages. I love around 1:26, where you can see Zach Brown looking at JT with kid in a candy store look on his face. I bet JT was digging this too. This could almost have been one of his songs. "You've got a gypsy soul to blame and you were born for leaving." And how nicely JT"s patented guitar licks fit the song so well around 3:30. And then a bat out of hell change straight into SBJ. Great. stuff.

RESPECT!!!! A singer not known for country music grabs a standing ovation at the ACM Awards as he exits the stage. And you could literally see how honored Zac Brown was to be playing with JT. James Taylor is an icon in all music circles.

These guys go so well together...colder weather is such James Taylor-ish song and their styles are really similar despite being different genres. Great performance, they need to do an album together

I remember watching this on TV and feeling the goosebumps rise on my arms when JT started singing the second verse. I've been listening to James Taylor since I was a teenager (I'm in my 40s now), and I never get tired of listening to his music. His voice was strong and his smile was bright. This was an amazing performance, and the Zac Brown Band got robbed of a CMA that night. (No offense, Lady Antebellum fans!)

I have listened and loved James Taylor's voice and music since the sixties, and I have yet to grow tired of watching him sing and perform. I doubt I ever will.....thanks for posting. God Bless.....

This is a once in a lifetime performance! Whoever came up with this duo for the CMA awards deserves a raise! Zac & Jame's voices blend perfectly and it is so cool to see Zac's obvious admiration for JT, and the "I can't believe I am singing with James Taylor" expression on his face! Superb quality, too. I will watch this over and over again. Thank you so much, Mr. Treknation.
