Well...it's a good first attempt! There are times when you guys really are not in time with each other but in 0:37 it seems that the girl on the far left has a good time with the music, so if you were to ever perform this again, I would advise that you find some large mirrors and practice infront of them, you'll notice what I'm talking about.
