@CronyneWARE thats a fair point, but a better solution would be the option to press the attack button right after he pushes them off him, instead of him doing it automatically. That way you would be able to choose to attack or not.

in the game he just pushes them off. The trialers show lots of things they removed that would have all made RE5 a better game. The early trailers were when it was single player (and thus it was better). But even the trailers with Sheva had scenes and dialogue that were not in the game. Same with Lost in Nightmares, loads of cutscenes that never happened in the final release. Its bullshit and annoying. RE5 would have been about 3 hrs longer.

the biggest disappointment that this game has , why the hell remove this counter falcon punch.

Every time when a enemy grabs me and i free my self , i can purely see that he's getting ready for this punch but never does it.First i thought that maybe i have to press a button after counter but no.

I'm sure that the players who never seen this counter punch before can surely notice that after the counter Chris is getting ready to do something but never does it.They will wonder why is he doing that!

yeah you can do that very often. it depends on in WHICH PART OF THE BODY you shoot the enemy first. if you shoot him in the leg, e.g the finishing move is a different than the one after a headshot

For everybody saying that you can't use that attack in the full version.. You're wrong. They made the Haymaker (Falcon punch) the ending of the combo chain. (IE: Chris melees somebody, Sheva hits them back and Chris will do the HM on the next melee.

You can't do it. you may be able to do the haymaker like you said, but you still can't shove an enemy off and follow it with a punch

You can only do that if you get grabbed and your partner knocks them off before they do any damage. Then you move forward and hit them.

to do the straight punch shown in video, shoot the zombie in the head and if he is stunned, then press the button prompt

to do a hook punch, shoot in arm and see if they get stunned

to do uppercut, shoot in leg and see if they get stunned

It is possible to do this punch. But's it's rare that you get the option to do it. I've done it once and was astonished by the way he obliterated the guys jaw lmao. I think it's called " Haymaker " or something like that. It is possible though.
