@ipads29 I saw it yesterday in the shop, I was really amazed by the clarity or the screen. till now, is it hanging or show any milfunctioning? what about the sharpness of the pictures when you view it on the laptop? is it realy clear there?

@xoticness no phones are really that perfect,even the iphone has some glitches..but overall,i would rate this phone as 9 out of 10. =) so far,the experience is okay and im enjoying it. pictures are clear as long as your hands are not shaky when taking some pics..LOL..i think the 1 gb SD card that comes w/ it is not enough for me,so i guess that's the only thing i want to upgrade so far.

if u are going to get one,i would recommend it.

did u read all i wrote? u can just buy a dual sim adapter. none of the well known manufacturers will care about it and sacrifice valuable space in a compact phone for another sim slot.

so why waiting for a phone with two sim slots, when there are adapters for 5 euros on ebay? just buy a phone u like and apply the adapter.

From what I know, BADA is just another OS that samsung itself develops but the phone has a snapdragon processor (1 GHz). So it is practically fast like other new smart phones out there if not faster. The drawback of this is that since it is a newly developed OS, not many app. are available so you have to wait like with N900 from Nokia. Overall I think this phone is superb compare to other smartphones I have seen so far.

WOW this is the best IPhone rip off yet. Even the Icons look exactly the same.

The screen looks like perfection, the scrolling it flawless and not all jagged like the Droid and other IPhone copies. I like this one. I might just buy it.

I'm not a Samsung fan and I have never owned a Samsung phone but I think that Samsung are getting smarter and the proof is in this s8500 wave.

It is very cool how they managed to pack in all the good features including the AMOLED capacitive touch screen into a slim and beautiful handset.

I am looking forward to get my hands on that phone.

I don't hate their interface for this one, it's really smooth and bright, although that notifications bar.... *cough android cough* XDDDD I like their stuff, but samsung really needs to stop pumping out mad products like every day and actually use the time to support them =__= they release one product and then turn a blind eye to it instead of updating them enough PFT I like your interfaces and products, samsung but you have to change that attitude
