Let's face it, lots of ppl buy it, because they think they can get fit with ease, or it will change them. And after a while nobody touches it at all anymore for one simple reason: It's not the fancy technology and equipment that gets you fit, it's YOU. Anyone can be fit, if they had the will power (apart from ppl with certain health issues).

Most people actually get this as a GUIDE to excersice. So they would know how much to do WHILE having a fun time doing it. This is a family excersice game. Most don't get it because they think its easy, thats a silly judgement you have there.

People also don't have the cash nowadays to be buying equipment and a heart rate tracker can cost a good deal of money BY ITSELF.

Its a good buy.

A heart rate tracker costs around 20 quid. And all you normally need is a bike, or your feet and may be a pair of trainers, if you don't have any yet. A heart rate tracker is only used for advanced cardio (running, swimming, jogging, biking). Anything else (exercises and things like that) can be looked up on the internet, or even Youtube. There are millions of websites with good or better guidance.

xbox for sure. I'm a ps3 fan myself and would recommend it but if it's between xbox and wii. Xbox.

Reasons being, for the wii you need a good bit of space. Sure you can play it in a small bedroom but believe me it's best to be in an open space. flinging your arms about and stuff xD.

At least with the xbox you can do this ( A thing the wii does too ) and you can play games such as cod and others. Xbox has a wide variety whilst the wii doesn't. I have both and I never use my wii xD
