Gera was voted the player of the season last year by Fulham fans but is treated unfairly by the new manager!!!

@poppytupperass I rate Clint Dempsey because he has what it takes to make it outside of the MLS...Plenty of yanks think the MLS is on par or a superior league to that of those in Europe when the MLS standard is clearly lower...Way lower. Clint has proved himself in arguably the most physical and quickest league in the world (English Premier League) and for that i give him props.

We're stoked to see some of our boys make a difference in other leagues but I have never heard anyone say that the MLS is comparable.

@einescheisse You cant speak for everyone. I have seen plenty of videos from MLS fans who claim its the most superior league in the world. I heard a few MLS fans say one season, i think it was a couple years back that Beckham and Donovan were the best players in the world during that season in the MLS which is hilarious. Im not insulting MLS i think its a great league btw and im very happy to see that in America.

@MrPragmatism Well whoever said that is a complete idiot. I'm from the US and saying that MLS is superior is retarded. I enjoy watching MLS but teams can barely hold possession for more than 15 seconds at a time. I personally support Liverpool in the EPL but I'm hoping MLS can sign some big name players and bring them over or, better yet, raise some home grown talent and become top tier league.

@yellig83 please man, I go to every home game and some away games and I can honestly tell you that Dempsey is the laziest player we have. Zoltan Gera is a much better footballer, not static like Dempsey. He's considerate of his teammates and constantly keeps making space for them. He has an excellent touch unlike Dempsey who sometimes the ball bounces off like off a piece of wood. Gera was voted the player of the season last year by Fulham fans but is treated unfairly by the new manager!!!
