Okay, first of all, this game is E10+. Most children younger than the age of say 14 or 15 probably have a limited understanding of terrorism..

The fact that the person in the video never wrote the word "Terrorist" in the game implies that these objects are simply being used in a creative way that was most likely not intended by the designers.
