@HeshayTheOne I used a lot of hacks. For this one, I think it's mainly Aikea's Painting. I played around with the actions. The car didn't really hit her. It moved & I filmed it as a scene ( used a lot of zooming). Then I filmed her in the car with the shock expression in another scene. Join them up with some film effects and it appears like she got into an accident. Wake up? I used Jaydees seasons hack. It's the action where she wakes up after sunstroke, if I'm not mistaken.
