@nolifer7 Evolution works as somewhat of an equalizer. Most Africans where already physically suited to the regions they lived in, so there was no need for them to evolve different traits. However those that migrated to places like North Africa and Southeast Asia were not biologically adapted and thus evolved traits more suitable to their environment.

No one is excluded from the event. All people come from a common line of descent, so it goes without out saying that there would have to have been some evolving involved to get the genetic diversity present today.
