I've watched this little two episodes of The Tunnel over and over again, merely out of enjoyment and every single time I get the chills and the shit scared out of me by Mr. Smiley in the end! Damn fine job! This is the only thing that keeps its eerie, nerve wracking air that I've come across in a long time! To add - Who else thought the first flash of light in the rear tunnels was a problem with the video the first time you saw this?

Instead of relying on cheap boo-scares, or gore-shots for shock value this video just simply plays on the feelings involved with being alone in the dark. This is perhaps the most competent horror story I have ever seen. Well done.
