    I can see that you arent activating your left lower fibers of trapezius muscle, or have you ever had a tear in that muscle perhaps?

  • Those are great to pull the shoulders into alignment, but that's only one facet of bad posture. Others are "forward head," where the head juts forward; and, to compensate for that lack of alignment, sway back (which results in slack abs and tight lumbar and hams). These, along with the rounded shoulders you addressed here, all come from sitting, slumped, at a desk all day, staring into a computer monitor. Anything to correct the whole posture would be greatly appreciated.

  • you could go to the cage and do warm up sets and thats how they warm up if its not a back day on a split no reason to do back
