@muhammadzahmad well I did vote for him, and he does make a really good point, but this speech is really aimed towards americans so I don't really feel particularly proud of this haha, any colombian economist could make the same point, some even with a better speech capacity, however I do acknowledge he's been a president focused on what he calls "democratic prosperity" and I do think that is the right path, as do a majority of my fellow nationals

This is an example of how the president Santos is a vulgar merchant of people; from min 20, and specifically from min 31, he sale the people, like a merchandise, to preserve American interests. Yes United States of America, you need to learn more about the countries of South America and the meening of President Santos words. We are organized in UNASUR because US interventions by the CIA and other US departmens, functional to the interests of CORPORATIONS (mining, oil, comunication, food, etc.) in exploting the countries not only in South America, to satisfy US hiper consumer society, harmed our countries very much. But as Santos says, USA needs us and we, don`t need a greedy USA.
