She may be an example of how to keep in shape, but having cosmetic surgery is not a great example for all of us to follow. I wouldn't be surprised if she has had work done in other parts of her body besides her face.

I know what you mean. Madonna reminds me of the women in renaissance painting and statues. She has a handsome face. Not classic beautiful, but unique and very italian. I love her straight nose and her big heavy lidded green eyes. Oh yeah, her cute lips too. She has really great features. She needs to bring the mole back!
