hello, yes this song　時の河 is sung by 夏川りみ.You can buy her latest abulm - 想い風[omoi kaze].It's the 3rd song in the ablum.

I know it's almost impossible to find it because this song is living in obscurity. i can't even find any album that is having this 'toki no kawa'song and i guess getting its english translation is 100 times harder.

I saw your post in another site but it is in romanji and hanji(i guess) So... please help me.
