This game was good. Not too hard, good enough to finish, but if it's the first time you're playing and you don't know where to go or what to do, it will take you a long time. So proud when I beat it!

Maybe you've tried it or not but Mouse-man can only beat 2 dragons if I remember - Zombie and Vampier (as they spelled it in the credits LOL).

IMO the best game ever on the Master System. I still have all the old Sega's and piles of games to this day, and I'm 24. Put this in front of me and I can play like it was yesterday.

Well just completed it, before for original sms and latter on Emus i could not get past captain dragon.

Been playing it for past few days on the Nintendo DS using a Emulator

Well i been playing it as of now, got the Hades Armour but afterwards when continue i have lost it. Seems once you use it if you change armour after then you lose the Hades Armour for good, as i have been back and done the Shogan Temple over and over and cant get the monsters to drop it, and the only other place to get it is after killing the Shogan Dragan which is already done.

There gives a bug.

when you die, the Hades Armour was used as Potion.

This was the type of game i was looking for back then too! What a shame that i missed this...ya, i would have been in LOVE with this game back then. This is like a mario RPG - best of all great worlds. FANTASTIC!

By the way, I never thought did game was too difficult. In fact I thought it was just right and seriously long enough. Wonderboy II was harder and if you want try REALLY hard, then play Cloud Master of Global Defense. Those were bitches. :P

This game is available on the Nintendo Wii's Virtual Console. It's called "Dragon's Curse" and it's the updated TurboGraphix16 version of the game. Lots of fun, and an excellent way to relive the glories of Hu-Man and his friends!

@Nomeucrec Sega had some talented companies developing their software, but made some poor business decisions on the direction & focus of the company in order to not only be and stay the best, but also failing to give what the public wanted.

Gd job with making Sonic better when released on Genesis. But my not run and make & evolve the Wonderboy & Alex Kid in Miracle World series??? Bad Sega, bad!

I agree and I love the ending song with the keyboard , I still have this game but i gotta get a SMS. I loved the song so much that I ended it a 2nd time (just reloaded my last save) so I could record the song on my cassette.

The "stones" that you can collect, what are they for? I played this game as a kid and then I did not care for anything else then killing things at the beach area. Never found out what the stones are for. Thanks to you I have now seen the ending of this game :)

Each stone increases your Charm Points (CP) by one point. The more of these you have, the more armour/weapons you can buy in the shops.

Incredible! I had this game as a kid and never got passed Lion-Man on my own. Only with passwords from Gamepro magazine was I able to play Hawk-Man, even so I could still never beat it. First time i've seen the ending. Very well done. Must've taken a thousand hours to learn everything. *****

First time i saw that ending i cried. I was 7 and i cried in my sleep because the game was over that day and he-man aparted from all his "monster" friends forever. I have had so much fun with this game :-)
