  • LADY GAGA! OH MY GOODNESS! That Is the worst battle I've ever heard of. Metal wins this one every time

  • Pic of Slayer and Testament during Megadeth? Wtf.

  • Great videos as always! YOU RULE BRO!

  • So the whole point of this video was just to make metalheads happy and make Lady Gaga look bad (when she already looks bad)? Wow...

  • @BrianDiCaprio More her fans

  • trash win

  • 5:17.... thats Slayer... uhh... Testament.... OK MEGADETH!......then Overkill..... who the fuck are those guys??

  • @WhiplashThrashMaster That's Lazarus A.D. A newer thrash band.

  • GAGA WINS

  • @ShyroiVIDS LOL thanks for the morning laugh!

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks so much that's what i expect : the truth of GAGA against metal. that bitch is fucking lame and i think that she has a dick and not a pussy. by the way excellent work .

    STAY METAL

  • To put it in proper perspective, I have an ex-girlfriend who was a boy band fan when that fad was going on, and once that fad ended, she jumped ship to country.

Meanwhile, I was a metalhead at age 15, and at age 27, I'm STILL a diehard metalhead today. Just goes to show you who has the REAL fans, the ones who stick to their guns for a LONG time...and it's not the big mainstream pop artists like Lady Gaga. It's bands like Slayer, Megadeth, and Testament!

  • I like both okay.

  • @XxDaChipettesxX whats better lady shit face or the real talent thrash metal

  • @theirving4 gaga ooh la la!!!

  • @metalfan820 You're not disturbing me man. Thanks for giving me some more Hungarian bands. I know the Hungarian metal scene is absolutely fantastic.

It would be cool if we did meet at a concert one day, but I was born in and still live in Canada. But don't worry. We will keep supporting metal forever.

  • @metalfan820 Yeah I've heard of those guys before. I haven't heard anything from them though. I'll check out their stuff when I got the time, and yeah, Hungarian bands are fucking amazing. I will be supporting metal until my dying day. You keep supporting metal as well my friend. METAL FOREVER!

  • @metalfan820 Yeah, I'm a big Kreator fan. Their newer records like Hordes Of Chaos, Enemy Of God, and Violent Revolution are some of the best thrash masterpieces of the 2000s, and I definitely can't wait to hear their next record. They're working on it right now. And yeah, I've been a fan of fishing ever since I was three and still love it to this day. Fishing and metal, it may be an awkward kind of combo, but they sure are awesome. Stay metal brother!

  • ¿¿¿ tiene algo que ver una cosa con la otra ???? el que hizo esto es un Jilipollas de proporciones, RIDÍCULO ! pierde el tiempo haciendo otra cosa.

  • metalwarrior1990,You and I share the same views,I can`t stand the mainstream media of today.I hate Justin Bieber,Lady Gaga,Twilight,Jersey Shore....UUUGHHHH X(.I miss the 50s 60s 70s 80s and 90s.....good times.

  • wow your channel is full of lady gaga stuff. incredible

  • @100LEGIONS Are you talking to me or the other doof

  • its mainstream and air play what gives artist popularity. What happens when record companies loose interest? That artist needs to fall back on sheer talent to remain popular. Here is a scenerio. If lady gaga suddenly is overshadow because of someone new, and time passes, and more time passes, how will she cope? Less money will go into her set, dancers, image, song writting. Those lady gaga hardcore fans will look at someone else because subconciously, they like popular music.

  • Haha. I'll make it short. She is becoming an icon, she will be relevent in 10 years time. Yes - I do find her vocals good, even great. She sings the chorus in 3 different ways and I love it. Once again - Image is importent. I say it again - Gaga is the master of image, but she is not doing it in order to make money, and even if she did - why does it matter? We are getting a brilliant work of art. She really did had a say about fame in that performence. Dying on national TV. Pop art at it's best.

  • @Doriro well we will see about that. If she is relevant in 10 years (thats hard because there is always someone up and coming, Cool and Unique<---yeah right) and her music becomes iconic, then i was completely fucking wrong. But time will tell. The Mainstream made her, the mainstream can destroy her (in the form of new artist).

  • Just look at the year 2001. Linkin park and korn and blink 182 and sugar ray were popular. The only one that is still going strong is linkin park. Can they make it 4 more years? Time will tell.

  • See this is a big difference between whats going to fade away and whats going to be remembered. For example, a slayer or megadeth show, you see the kids in the front of the stage moshing. As you begin to move back, row by row, the crowd starts looking older, some even up to their 50s. You see these fans are never going to leave. Mainstream music gets forgotten. You think lady gaga is going to have hardcore fans in 4 years, that will keep following her for the next 15 to 20 years? We will see

  • @100LEGIONS hm......... Yeah. I'm one of them. She is good enough to survive. In a few monthes her new album will come. and she will be more relent then ever. I Can't wait!

  • @Doriro well im not taling about months, I am talking about years. Whos to say someone is not going to come along and steal her mainstream thunder?? The same people who love lady gaga are going to like this new and upcoming mainstream artist. Two or three years pass and a new one comes along. Then another 2 years. Whos to say people are going to remember her with all these new upcoming artists?

  • and keep in mind that it's brodcasted live on MTV

  • So basicly we agree that Metal bands, just like Gaga, use their image. When I'm listeningto a Gaga song, or see her video, it's not only her image that pops to mind. Her art comes first, but the thing withLady Gaga, is that her image is her art too. It's only another instrument. That's way sheismanifulating it so much. (I'm going to sleep. 3am now)

  • @Doriro Well that depends what metal bands. Slipknot, korn yes, slayer and metallica and megadeth no. To appreciate some of their songs, one even has to be able to play an instrument.

  • see everthing has to be backed up by something. Christina aguilera and mariah carey backs it up with their voice. Metal, with their hard to play music.

  • @100LEGIONS Gaga, with her great songs, music videos, and most importnetly. live performences. sheis a performer, first of all. That's why her cloths mean so much. She is a 24 hours-a-day performence. Look at the 2009 VMA PAPARAZZI PERFORMENCE. pure talent. good night

  • @Doriro and what was talented about that performance of the 2009 of lady gaga

  • @100LEGIONS The blood lol. Her Vocals. the whole performenceand dance, and the strong masegge. It's about what I said earlier about Paparazzi and the "Fame Kills" thing. If you want to really enjoy the performence, whatch the video first.

  • @Doriro Does she have a good voice really? Seeing how we are bombarded with R&B artists, it hard to tell one from another sometimes. "fame kills" ? you are saying shes giving out that message? And what do people think of her when she gives that message? They think "ohhh she speaks the truth omg, She speaks truth, she is unique and selfless". And guess what? more albums are sold. Brilliant

  • @Doriro and please dont say her outfit this and that. Also dont say the artistic show with dancers over here and there and the stage made the show fabulous. What exactly did she do that made it great?

  • @100LEGIONS lol. Message. It's not about the dancers.

  • *people supervising*

  • She is allways asked this thing about her image. It's not stepping in the way of the music, it's assisting it. Her clothes are not just picked to be outrageous. Example - The song Paparazzi deals with the concept of Fame, the need for fame, and the dangerin it. In the video she is becoming paralysed. During the days of the release of the video, she wore this thing around her neck /watch?v=G1bqYviQG0Q&feature=fvw

  • @Doriro do you really think she comes up with all thise stuff on her own? The song about the paparazzi and all that has a message behind it. You really have to pay attention to know what i am talking about. And all this is under the supervision of record companies. Its all about how she is being portrayed. The rebel, how she came to be out of nothing, how unique she is. You see thats the message being sent so she can be popular amongst people. Record companies know what makes people tick.

  • @100LEGIONS Sure they know. She does come with those things (not always alone, she collaborates with many people), but it's not the record company that makes her imageorher artistic decsitions. Her image does sell well, because people are attracted to her image and story. Her image was never about coming out of nowhere. She ALWAYS reminds that it'sall about hard work. She worked for years to get to this part! she has more unreleased songs then released ones! SO many demos out there in YouTube.

  • I Love How You Listed Everything You Needed To Put That Tranny In His/Her Place UP THE HORNS MAN! METALHEADS TILL DEAD *Epic Headbang To Megadeth* \m/ \m/ CHEERS FELLOW METALHEAD! *Raises Beer Bottle*

  • Men, this is a cool video, like always, you did a fucking great video, that´s right, thrash metal is fucking great, because our music, have an sense, an purpose, and Gaga´s music don´t have any sense, but the fame, your taste is really fucking great, keep on rocking and Thrash till Death.

  • That was so funny man! keep making videos! I love Gaga and I totally disagree but you are very funny with your comments. Maybe deep inside your heart you dolike her, and that is why you created this video (hearing her without admitting you like her)... :)

p.s. - The lyrics or the Alejandro chorus are not as stupid as you presented them. They are references to Abba's music (and the song "Farnando" especially) and to the theme of the latin lost lover. Have more knowledge before you talk.

  • @Doriro Dude, I hate Lady Gaga as much as I hate so much of the mainstream media. It's my job as a metalhead. By the way, if I liked Lady Gaga, I would have said so in my channel biography. I put my guilty pleasure in there, and I am not afraid to admit my guilty pleasures. And what you said in your P.S, prooves my point to why I hate her. You know that song because you like her, and I don't so I didn't know that. If you're a Gaga fan and a metalhead, that's fine. Thanks dude

  • @Doriro wow its amazing how ignorant you are about music in general. So you are a fan of lady whore huh. They say that she writes her own songs and comes up with those ridiculous outfits on her own. But the true decision makers are the record companies. They are the ones that advertise and market this whore. They know if they advertise this horrible crap (lady gaga), people will buy it. Anybody that likes true music, hates this tranny.

  • @Doriro lady gaga is for people who are clueless about music. Music has dumbed down over the decades (anybody that has good knowledge about music since the 60s and 70s will tell you this.). Apperantly record companies have found away to sell an image, generic untalented crap (lady gagas music), and sex (bitch gets undress in almost everyvideo), all in one little package. All of this image, and glitery gimmics are meant to distract from the music itself, which requires true talent.

  • @100LEGIONS ! more thing- You seem to take "ownership" over the love of music. You seem to have a feeling that people can only call Gaga's music good if they know 60's and 70's music. That is not true at all. Everyone can love music. I'm a huge Beatles and Gaga fan. Don't say that people who create music now are dumb.. Allways remember- when the Beatles\Led Zepplin\Many 70's band first came, people said they are ruining music, just like you do now. Have fun, with your "music knowledge".

  • @Doriro well those are many alright bands. But do you know the difference between them and todays music? This new crap requires absolutely no talent. Im just happy this lady gaga and her minions are going to disappear in a couple of years.

  • @100LEGIONS As I said before - Lady Gaga is different from today's pop music. I get your point, about

"artists" like Katy Perry or Rihanna, but Gaga is truly different.

  • @Doriro disect it all you want, its still an image, and for some thats more imporant than the actual music itself. Am i wrong?

  • @Doriro why is her music different than perry and rihanna? can you tell me?

  • @Doriro just watch in a couple years and remember what I told you

  • @Doriro there is also messages behind this type of music (analyze it and you will see). But before you can escape this trap that is mainstream music, start listening to music of the past. The quality, talent, and creativity of the music of past generations play circles on todays music.

  • @100LEGIONS I do listen to "music of the past". In fact I was surprised when I first heard Gaga, since I thought today's pop music is dead. I disagree with all that you are saying, and calling her a whore makes your serious arguments look ridiculous. Her record company is the own who hires her creative director, who is creating her image and style. That person is called Stefani Germanotta (Lady Gaga). She is a true pop artist. You might not like her music or style, but it's hers, and I love it.

  • @Doriro ohh really what music "of the past" do you listen to? I think you failed to realize and see the gimmicks behind lady gaga and why she sells so many records, and its not talent. You might like it a lot (and I bet you do) but you fail to understand what lady gaga (this type of pop music) is really about.

  • @100LEGIONS You didn't really answer my response... :| Anyway - I know a lot about 60's music. Beatles especially, but that's not the point. What do you think her image is? Why do you find her image so negative? I really want to ahve this discussion.

  • @Doriro well where to begin

  • @Doriro the sex image? The not giving a fuck image? The rebel image? "damm she so creative image"? which one?

  • @100LEGIONS What is wrong with those? Many 60 70 bands had all those images. The thing about creativity is not negative. It's more like - things can be done in a different way. Art can be in pop music, and not just in museams.

  • @Doriro yeah but you forget that all that music in the past wasnt dictated by record companies and you had to have talent to make music like that. See these record companies now adays are fucking insanely smart, they know what sells and what doesnt.

  • @100LEGIONS You are right, but not competly. In the old days, when artists wrote their own meterial, talent was needed. Today any pretty girl can get a record deal, without any talent. Gaga is not so beautiful... :) she was ugly back in 2006. No one wanted to sign her. She used her talent to get signed, and she is an artist, for real. she has been writing music since the age of 14. She is bright, and she knows her to make sure she manages to make art in the pop environment, which can be hard.

  • @Doriro record companies have complete control over lady gaga. You might think other wise from what you read but it really isnt up to her . A good example is metallica 1990 (this was 20 years ago). During the making of the black album, record producer bob rock was telling kirk hammet how to play a solo. Bob rock insisted how to play their entire albums and set guidelines. AND THIS WAS A METAL BAND. Now image what control record companies must have over their signed artist.

  • @100LEGIONS BUT ONLY IN SOME CONTARCTS! Gaga is writing, co-producing, co-directing, co-designing everything she creates. She managed to sign a contract, in which she is incharge. I see your point about other musicians nowadays, but she is not that case. She is not manufactured. Unlike Katy Perry, Stefani Germanotta wasn't signed and then changed her name to Lady Gaga. She created Lady Gaga (music, image, everything), and then got signed to interscope.

  • @Doriro ohh you think shes is dictating this all on her own? Again thats what they tell you "co producing, co directing ect". Thats another image to make her look like "ohhh my god she so creative". Shes no manufactured? Says who you ? Everyone of those artist have something in common. Can you see it?

  • @100LEGIONS You really got her wrong. Just look at this interview. she explains her self the best. /watch?v=dPTfjf4xhJs&feature=related

I think you just need to hear her. she is real, true, and inteligent. She speaks about those issues (creating a "persona", being "manufactured"). I said she wasn't manufactured. Letme correctmyself. She is the most manufactured pop star, ever, but she is manufactured by her self.

  • @Doriro exactly what i am trying to tell you. She says those things so you have speak highly of her. Do Yu see the image now? WHos to say what she said in that interview wasnt scripted (to make her look legit)? I bet after she said that , people who werent fans of her had an open mind and decided to look her up (only after she said that). See the image?

  • @100LEGIONS Man.... You are just being paranoid :) ........ Who do you know that what you see in the news wasn't scripted too?

+I believe her, an if she is such a good actor, and this whole thing is just a big conspiracy - then I don't mind. Her music and videos are real art tome, and they inspire me and make me think about things differently.

  • @Doriro like i said , record companies are super fucking smart. Just study how ralphs and starter brothers and all those markets study their customers and you will be shocked and frighten. Record companies arent to different. YOu have to pay close attention

  • @Doriro like i said , recored companies are super fucking smart. Just study how ralphs and starter brothers and all those markets study their customers and you will be shocked and frighten. Record companies arent to different. YOu have to pay close attention

  • @100LEGIONS Don't underestimate your brains. You didn't answer my question - What makes you thing images wasn't an issue back in the 60's 70's?

  • @Doriro well I thought of that about the image thing in the past. But if you do research , people hated music like zeppelin and black sabbath and all that rock. so its kinda unlikely. Not to mention metal. Metal was rejected by most people. Now adays the only way you can be a metal fan (i mean real metal, non of that slipknot crap) is by knowing someone like a friend or a brother. Thats why I say metal is an honest music because it travels by word of mouth.

  • @100LEGIONS Image is everywhere. In 60's rock bands and in metal too. I don't know enough about metal, but Ihave a good example. The Rolling Stones rose to fame as a sidekick for The Beatles. In the begining they were just a nice band from England, and then they adapted the rebel\bad kids images, and started provoking fights in their concerts. Metal in general has it's own image. This outcast image. like it has nothing to do with record companies, and that it's anti-astablishment in a way.

  • @Doriro well true, everything seems to be an image. But metal isnt popular amogst society. It gets no radio play and no TV marketing. It travels by word of mouth. And as for the rolling stones, well they are mainstream. But back then, they really made their own music without supervising them. Unlike today

  • @100LEGIONS Yeah, but that's is an image too. Metal would have a trouble being wildly popular, since it's image is all about being "anti-pop", music to the outcasts. It's all image, and there is nothing bad about it, as longas you keep thatin mind.

  • @Doriro I have no trouble with pop. I like christina aguilera and mariah carey. Their voice are instruments. The shit they can do.......yikes, it gives me chills.

  • @Doriro see so far you have just giving me "she so creative, she wasnt sign till 2006, she so different, she co produces and directs" <------------ this is all image , can you see it now? We havent even mentioned the music itself. Do you see how distracting all this is. THis is meant so you can relate to the artist, have a fabricated relationship with the artist, and have a high rregard for the artist (speak highly of the artist, like you have done)

  • @100LEGIONS Well I'd love to talk about the music, but you directed us to this thing. I just think you don't believe anything that is called "pop" could be genuine, and you think it is all fake. I believe her, and if you would look at thoseinterview, I think you would too.

And BTW - what makes you think this "image" thing wasn't an issue back in 60's and 70's?

  • @Doriro I doubt i am paranoid, but i bet i do sound like it. They study the public for sure. Believe me i have a minor in business. Its all about how you see things. And if you dont believe me that markets like stater bros and ralphs study people to the teeth, look it up. WHos to say music isnt the same.

  • @100LEGIONS I know, that what Gaga always talks about. ("Creating an image".... "Proclaiming your own fame"....."making people believe that i'm worth something".....). It's not new to me. I know it's all an image, butit's not going against the music. The nusic is all about the image. Watch her videos. The speak for themselves. It's all connected, and it's about the art. I do believe you are being paranoid. :)

  • @Doriro well i agree i sound like it but after seeing how music comes and goes, there is a lot of true to what I say

  • @100LEGIONS another thing about metal. People may say its loud, obnoxious but a lot guitarists of metal are ranked in the top ten with legends such as jimmy hendrix, wes montgomery, and stevie ray vaghn. So this contradicts that metal is music is just loud and has an abnoxious. See it takes a descerning ear to know what is legit or some sort of a gimmick or image

  • @100LEGIONS I don't think Metal is just loud. I'mnot a big fan, but I think youcan find beautiful music in every genre. Metal adapted an image too, just like Gaga did. But Gaga never said or actedlike she didn't have an image. she always reminds this.

  • @Doriro but with metal, music comes first. I first started listent to slipknot and korn , limpbizkit. Then my friend introduced me to metallica. I kept hearing korn along with metallica. Then I started detecting big huge differences. Metallica was more music than talk. My friend also had a guitar and played some complex songs. I was like "damm how do you do that dude?" <---which made listen to metal bands even more. Metal is meant to be hard, not easy.Thats its talent overshadows its hard image.

  • @Doriro in a couple of years, the mainstream music of today is going to be thrown to the wayside and be replace by new crap ( new mainstream music). Its not about the music any more. Infact record companies can give a fuck about tjhe quality of the music. Sometimes image is all that matters and they dry the shit out of it. Record companies are market companies, thats all they are.
