I've conducted a few interviews in my professional career and in some instances we deliberately tried to fluster the interviewee to see how s/he would handle the stress of of not being heard or understood. I'm not a fan of Ms. O'Donnell, but she seemed to handle it well for the first few minutes and then she succumbed. If that's how she's going to handle herself in drawn-out congressional negotiations, she's going to be eaten alive.
