I like the way, both Martina and Carrie are helping Lauren adjust to being in the spotlight. Carrie was just as nervous when she started out, too. But she had a pretty good equalizier to calm her down and that her vocals, as she said when her vocals took over, she calm and sang.

as matter of fact, Martina does the exact same thing, Carrie did, which was not use full power, as not outsing Lauren. And both Martina and Carrie did so subtle as not make it obvious unless you heard both Martina and Carrie. Which I have heard both plenty, so I can tell when they don't use full power.
