im having 2 problems.

1. i cant apply unlimited effects like you say,once i apply say "black and white" and "hue adjust"...it wont let me apply anymore....the apply button is just not clickable after so many effects...i have plenty of space on my disk...can you think of why this would happen?

2. when i apply certain effects to my vids..say "bloom"...well it changes the length of the audio to video ratio...ive tried dragging the audio to meet up with the new size video..(longer)...plz help!

its quite easy, as long as you have imovie hd its under effects, you go to the effects list and click on the arrows and look at the full list of effects, it says "fast/reverse/something or other " and after you click on that it shows a graph below the effect line that you can drag an arrow along for how fast in speed or reverse you want it to be.

It's difficult to do this unfortunately.. you'll probably need an older copy of iLife 06 or earlier on disc and reinstall from there.. Maybe .. maybe you can reinstall iMovie manually from an older OS using the "archive and install" feature.. but I've never actually had to try that before.. I do hate the newer versions though so I empathize completely.
