A beautiful birth with a mother who was not afraid to let her instincts and body guide her. Her husband was there but had to hold the camera in order to film. His biggest part was to trust his wife which he did. She knew enough to let the placenta deliver naturally and not cut the cord early because while it's still pulsing the baby gets extra blood and oxygen and pinks up faster, even though he is already breathing air from his first cry. as weightlifters will tell you, screaming ( usually just grunting though) actually helps to relieve pressure, as opposed to holding your breath (being quiet). Sometimes women have epidurals so they don't really have to do this. Kudos to those that don't, natural is best for baby.
