    pmed you. check it out

  • how much?

  • who know how to make homemade differential?

  • can u make me 1?

  • @MCgangsta11

well... it takes much time to make new one. you can buy mine :D

  • DONDE PUEDO CONSEGUIR UNO DE ESOS? FACINANTE FELICITACIONES

  • @r1994c

are you talking about the axles? like i said, they're discontinued

  • Hey, Could you please tell me how can I get some of those DRIVE AXLEs?

  • @gary1417

    They're discontinued.

Losi micro 4x4 crawler's axles should be a good choice for now.

  • Nice vid man,

Can someone answer this question please......

Im doing an engineering project as part of my education course to make a LRV (Lunar Roving Vehicle)

Basically can someone tell me how you connect the wheel of a minature LRV to the propulsion motor.. Is it with the motor shaft that you insert the hub of the wheel onto the shaft?

  • @ocallaghan1916

    Thanks

Are you going to use any axles or attach a geared motor thing to on the wheel of LRV directly? Can I see the wheel and your motor?

  • @jamiesowell I dont have a diagram but my motor is 3V, with 65 RPM and gear ratio of 100:1

They may be a bit off, see what I have to do is power both front wheels so I am thinking a Geared motor for each front wheel so that'll mean two motors, Im just wondering do I connect the pin/shaft of the motor on the hub of my tyre and finally...... do I need Two seperate batteries to power the two motors of can I connect the two motors on ONE battery meaning two or one circuits

    thanks for your time...

  • @ocallaghan1916

    No problem.

You could connect the shaft of the motor on the hub of your tire tho, you need to make a hole for the shaft in the hub or wheel. Plus you would need super glue.

Yes, you can connect the two motors on one battery.

BTW, how big is your LRV? I guess it would be easier to get an RC car and convert it as like LRV.

  • @jamiesowell My LRV is 250mm X 180mm

Yeah I was thinking the same as that, I hope the shaft is long enough for it to fit into my tyre hub, thanks again, I may have some more questions as my project progresses. What is your area of speciality?

    Gearbox, Motors, Mechanisms, Propulsion etc

  • @ocallaghan1916

It is bigger than I thought.

    You're very welcome.

Well.. it's one of my hobbies tho, I'm interested in mechanisms and design

  • super cool

  • @1817pablo

    thanks =)

  • i have a small micro motor and lipo like yours how do you do the drive shafts

  • @Mr2Arian

    you can visit my blog

  • very very good

    i love it !!

  • @SuperNick134

    Thanks =)

  • good

  • @blackiceshadow

    thanks

  • Very interestin but i just dont understand how did you bent hte leaf springs and how did you bond the brass profiles togheter cuz when i try to make someting out of brass and i heat `joint the other one melts and destroys everything.

  • @rapttor4

i used pliers & crazy glue, tried to solder them before tho it didnt work well

  • thnx ;-)

  • pls where you bought diffs ?

  • @parek142536

ahoj~ probably you could buy them on ebay tho, they're discontinued. it is easier to buy losi micro crawler axles. good luck

  • Please where you bought the gear-box ? and from what material you made spring suspension ?

  • @parek142536

you mean geared motors? you can get them at motor shops

those leaf springs are from pullback toy cars

  • Nice job however the joints mounted on the drive shaft are rotated 90 degrees that has to be 0 degrees --]----------[--

  • what motor is it ????were can i buy ???

  • @macdude3585

you can buy them at robotmarketplace dot c o m

  • how much of the chasis and suspention did you make or did you buy it all as pasrts and put it together

  • @keith42085

    i made them myself =)

  • @jamiesowell thats sweet dude damn good job AAA+ ......................i gotta another question would you be interested in selling any of your setups

  • @keith42085

    thank you

    yes, i would. =)

  • @jamiesowell alright so how much for the H1 Hummer

  • @keith42085

    i pmed you

  • Cool. Very good Job.

  • @VW3B

    thank you :)

  • nice man it looks great i think you should try a set of 56:1 geared motors.I think they would be a good balance of speed and tourqe

  • @trainboy414

balance of speed & tourque, that is it!

    thanks

  • Hello: yes with the 100:1 gear ratio it is very good.

    Bye.

  • @yochyoch

    yeah~ :)

  • lol good :),

should do a crawler video with it. just some quick flex shots maybe ? :)

  • @jayhawk184

    ok, i will :)
