@rileykernaghan it says that because you get local news if you live in a city so it will say skyNEWS Sydney or Brisbane or Canberra

@rileykernaghan @rileykernaghan I'd much prefer "Sky News", but they clearly would rather use a longer name for their main channel to make all their channels look consistant. Problem is, it looks shit on air and takes up way too much screen space. Also, by law, Sky Channel (the horse racing one) hold the rights to the name "Sky", which is why they can't call their other channels "Sky Business", "Sky Local" or "Sky Multiview". What a mess!

the intro hasnt been made for sky news aus, they've just taken the UKs graphics as they go into the break and reversed and repeated the graphics. Still looks good.
