  • I don't get it. Was that stuff in the pictures poop, dead skin?

  • He get muscle because he put thingsa into his ass?

  • @SyreetaSinger Here...see below...

  • Gas is caused by carbohydrate fermentation with Methane as a byproduct (that's why milk, boccoli, beans, cabbage, etc. cause more gas). 20% of gas comes from actual ingestion of air. Limiting foods that have excess simple sugars and fleshy tissue is a good start. Also, 50% of the population is probably lactose intolerant, but less than 12% are treated. Try laying off dairy for 3 days. If you can't change your diet, try increasing your probiotic intake with yogurt or Kombucha. As a last resort y

  • stupid vidio sorry for you

  • of*

  • @Violetsinjune Sharing an opinion isn't unethical. I don't think you know what that word means. Try Wikipedia. In the mean time, the truth is that millions upon millions pf microvilli move food along your GI tract every second. It is impossible to possess "pounds of waste" from "years ago" inside. You would surely have a perforated bowel by now. You wanna look good and feel good? Try a bike, some strength training, and my diet suggestion I've posted below. Grow up.

  • Hi what's the difference between a colonic and the colon cleanser? and thanks for the video :)

  • How fucking disgusting. U look like shit either way. Photoshop your before and after and still look ugly. Any laxative does the same thing, but people are stupid and buy into this BS. How does shitting build muscle? Fucking scammer.

  • Gud Photo shop Job ..But you forgot to dissolve the color deference at the neck portion

  • Only one word..STEROID lol

  • why is the image at 2:54 the exact same image as the one at 2:18 of this following video (/watch?v=cz0NRVeY3Hc&feature=related) ? Are you one and the same person or am I smelling scam?

  • Comment removed

  • DUDE IS CANADIAN...or from Wisconsin...

  • And he says in the video, it wasn't the colon cleansing that gave him his muscle. My guess is that you didn't even watch the video!!!!

  • @Susan17ful - wrong, it absolutely DOES make your stomach flatter. And it's part of a get fit regime.

  • Don't be fooled by this picture. Colonics does NOT make you're stomach flat. You can see he has been working out...what ya think he got those muscles from a colon cleanse?

  • shesshhh he has a sexy voice :)))

  • ahhhh what the hell. Are those long turds coming out of your ass?

  • You went from a nice guy...TOO AN ANIMAL!...YOU FUCKING LEGEND :D

  • How is this method of colon cleansing better than simply eating your RDI of fibers and taking a dump everyday?

Isn't this video putting too much emphasis on the slimming down/buffing up when the guy himself said that that's not all he did? He also changed his diet and maybe even increased his exercise routine. In that sense I think this video is a bit misleading.

  • this is a good weight loss plan. i was just eating lunch. and now i'm not. jokes aside this looks kinda like a scam. all it seems they give you is a good diet of ground up stuff and call is magic weight loss when you can do the diet yourself. however using a product can put in a mind set of "eat this only and ur good" more than "eat better" with eat better you can more easily stray off your path

  • I'm a nurse studying osteomolecular therapies, and I have advice for you. Colon cleansing is a scam. Go get a colonoscopy from a gastroenterologist and you will see that you DO NOT have pounds of waste "built up" in your colon. It's impossible due to the physiology of your bowel. I would like the credentials of the woman in the video. Eat a 70% raw fruit/vegetable/nut/legume/seaweed/fresh made juice diet with high water and Vitamin C intake. That's what you need to keep your whole body safe.

  • @ebhock101 So that''s why my dad drinks this gross green drink?

  • @ebhock101 - The medical community wants everyone to keep them in business. YOU stick to what you know and STOP giving UNethical, UNwarranted advice UNLESS it's asked for. YOU live a dis-eased life, the rest of us who know bettter will live a healthy life. YOU'RE the IGNORANT one!

  • @ebhock101 Any tips for constant gas in body?

  • does this colon cleanser taste nasty or wat???

  • Thanks for the info dude great work

  • Does a Colon Cleanser feed you protein and do gym exercises? :P

  • 1:40 hahaha i don't think colon clean is even slightly related to your fit

  • Count how many times he says "uh" or "um"...I counted 27.

  • Nice I was eating Oreos while I watched this!

  • Nice vid. and nice work on the 'formation'... was that 12- 16!? Wheres the vid on the eating plan... you threw on some lean mass... Beast-like DELT form!..

  • Nice and toned sexy!

  • first off, that "Before" is some pretty lousy Photoshopping skills right there, that body isn't even yours. you should make sure the skin on your face actually matches that fat man's body. second off, you keep saying "aboot" and it's annoying.

good luck with your colon scam.

  • hi joe can you post details on you weekly diet exercise thanks

  • great video thanks for being honest? do you have another video on how i can look like that?

  • Hmmm, guys who post pictures of themselves with their shirts off are probibly getting their colons cleansed in a different manner!!!

  • i just shit myself

  • This is fake look at the difference in skin tone from the fat ones neck and body. The guy's face was pasted on a fat guy. you are such a dick for misleading everyone bro

  • D: !!! omg! o_O

  • Come the fuck on, does nobody see he is a salesman?

  • Joe, this is pretty good information. Amazing how few people know about cleansing. Blessings.

  • When to think about this age wise late 30's early 40's? Or if you have weight problems and try diets and exercise that don't work! Kiddies everybody has parasites I don't care how clean you think you are! So basically if you are having issues losing weight or keeping a normal weight. Something is wrong inside better to do it sooner than later. Best to do a parasite cleanse along with the colon cleanse to get rid of the bugs quickly. Or better yet do the Bob Beck protocol and colon cleanse.

  • Just eat fiber filled food and become a vegan. Then your intestines will be crystal clean!

  • what are your other videos called cos im realy interested in your story.

  • i think the picture of before and after is fishy enough to say that the head was cropped and put in to a fat body,. as an artist i can easily say that it was a fake one co'z if you try to look at the neck you will see the lining of uneven skin tones...

  • @sharpedge06 farmers tan

  • Man once i took an advanced colon cleanser, it made me take a shit the size of my head, i could'nt even flush the toilet :(

  • did u take that stuff you fished out of the toilet for testing? Looks like you just shat the lining of your bowel out... what about enemas, should they have the same cleansing effect? I tried it but nothing like that came out!

  • how old do you have to be be to use this product

  • Did he say aboot? This guy has to be canadian.

  • @kmal2t

No I think I say about however I may have sounded like that lol

  • @kmal2t and its not true canadien dont say it like that we say about

  • @kmal2t canadians dont say aboot

  • @kmal2t EXACTLY!!!

  • @kmal2t canadians dont really say aboot, we say aboat ;-)

  • Why do ppl go thru all of the trouble of colon cleansing when they still eat junk on a daily basis?

  • It's the same person in both pictures. What we should be questioning is wether the guy in the picture is the one narrating this video? I mean come on! "Yeah, I just lost 25 lb. and got ripped in 3 months. Couldn't have done it without my POWER COLON CLEANSE!!!!" And secondly, why do all of these products use the same pictures of bile?

  • It's not fake he's body shape is the same look at his boobs

  • dude im not gonna lie it looks like you foto shopped your head onto another body. look at how tan your face and neck is compared to your white body. haha.

  • @BIGDADDYDUKE2 lol I was kind of thinking that too.

  • Well done bro for the Before-After pics...!!!

  • Fake before and after pic look at the neck on the before pic then look at the after... -_-

  • @karatewarrior117 Actually As u can CLEARLY see he had a slight "FARMERS TAN"...U can tell this is not a fake before & after picture...idiot

  • @ProudMommy007 why am i an idiot? because i can CLEARLY SEE HOW FAKE THIS IS? lady get a life please thanks "Farmers Tan" WtF give me a break :|

    itsmycyberDOTnet/ShowArticleDOTaspx?ID=23

  • it seems this colon cleanser gave the guy a tan.....good cleanse!!

  • I bought a colon cleanser from online..(not the same one you got) but in the first day from taking it I did not strain when i was using the restroom. The bottle says it will take a full 9 days for it to 100% clean your system. Did it work the same for you? A few days of no straining and regular nonconstipated restroom visits and on the last day comes out a huge package detoxing your colon?

  • whats that stuff? that brown stuff out the toilet?

  • @92Stephanie7 Chinese food

  • @92Stephanie7 it's called shit dude. An easier way is to send a rat inside. it just eat all the shit and clean everything. yup not intel inside, but Rat Inside.

  • f**king hell.. good stuff, big big difference, how long did it take to get from 'Before' you 'After'? good job by the way

  • Thanks, It wasnt that bad about 12- 16 weeks but I had to stay dedicated to my program, I am going to do a full documentry soon of how I did this for everyone to see that it can be done. I want to help overweight people help themselves

  • @fitnessking10 plzzz help am suffering n sad with my horrible figure mail me at mishelle_tranchelle@yahoo.com thankkkk u

  • r u the owner or a preferred customer?

  • yuck, looks like seeweed this video put me off taking this stuff completely

  • @ HORRIEHOMEPAGE- No evidence?!?! okay how many hundreds of autopies have been performed and they found pounds of decaying feces in the intestinal walls? so there is tons of evidence..and how else do you explain the extra fat in so many people...where is it being stored? in the stomach? in the liver? its gotta be somewhere in the body...I would say your gastroenterologist is pretty misinformed or uneducated to say the least.

  • I've been under the care of 5 gastroenterologists from the US, India, and Japan. I doubt they're all misinformed.

I'm not sure how many autopsies have been performed where decaying feces was found. Please send a link with some information. The autopsy must be performed within hours of death. Dead people don't go to the bathroom so of course whatever was inside is going to decay.

How else do I explain "extra fat" in so many people? So, does fat = feces? Did you mean extra weight?

  • @horriehomepage ....and, all mucoid plaque really is is just dry, gluey like feces. Why were you under the care of several GI's. Do you not trust American doctors that you fly way over to India? Or were you just living other there?

  • Please ask a GI doctor if mucoid plaque exists. If you haven't ever seen a GI doctor, you're wasting your time. I have ulcerative colitis. My first doctor was Indian, living in America. My 2nd was American, the rest were in Japan where I live. My disease has caused me to learn a lot about this subject, and I have had a lot of experience talking to Gastroenterologists. Medical colon cleansers already exist, I've used several. look up "Fleet" on the internet. It's safe and it works.

  • horrie: All I'm saying is mucoid plaque is just a relative term. It's just sticky mucous, feces, bacteria etc. You were probably a vegetarian all your life and didn't have crap glued to your gut like others. I have used fleet enemas in the past. So what do you suggest? Is it to just ignore doing cleanses and let the body cleanse itself?

  • you never did tell me the brand of colon cleanser your doctor used.

  • The point here is that the existence of "mucoid plaque" (which all these cleansers point to as a source of health problems) hasn't been accepted by the medical community. I think it would be pretty easy to spot if it looks the way the cleanser companies claim it does. If it were such an obvious problem, I think the medical community would've accepted (and proven) its existence decades ago. I haven't been able to find any photos of mucoid plaque inside of a colon. If you have some, let me know!

  • @horriehomepage You say it hasn't been accepted by the medical community? Then explain why they make Ex-Lax and Metamucil if poop doesn't get clogged in ppl? Drs just don't spend much time on poop because they look at it merely as constipation not complicated science as say like cancer or HIV.

  • Ok, I don't want to be rude but I get the impression you don't know much about the gastrointestinal tract at all. Also, maybe it isn't clear to you what these colon cleanser people are selling (it's NOT for constipation). "Drs just don't spend much time on poop" ?? Umm stool toxicity test ring a bell? What do you think gastroenterologists spend their time on? There are hundreds of disorders and diseases related to the gastrointestinal tract. Passing stool has EVERYthing to do with them.

  • I know plenty about the GI tract. Ask me some questions and I'll answer to prove to you that I know about the GI tract. When I said Dr's don't spend much time on poop, I meant they don't spend much time talking about mucoid plaque and doing scientific research on it. Yes, they look for blood in stool, but they study the colon itself for ailments, not necessarily feces except for blood in it.

  • You ought to try a colon cleanse because you are being anal retentive right now.

  • God Good lots of ideas you are sharing!!! thanks for posting the video :) please watch my videos and also learn something :)

  • Talk to a gastroenterologist for 2 seconds and you'll learn that colon cleansers are all a scam. If you've ever had a colonoscopy, you will see that there is nothing "sticking" to the walls of your large intestine.

  • Than, why does the Gerson therapy help/cure so many cancer patients (which clear the colon through juicing/enemas?). Although I have never seen a gastrointestinal doctor, traditional health care cannot cure always people, and frankly usually doesn't. Therefore, watch the movie surrounding Gerson Therapy, google it, look it up or watch the movie called, "The Beautiful Truth". I promise you will be moved.

  • Traditional health care (i.e. that based on scientific findings) usually doesn't cure people? Can you offer me some studies or statistics to back up that statement?

Here's what wikipedia has to say about Gerson

The American Cancer Society reports that "[t]here is no reliable scientific evidence that Gerson therapy is effective in treating cancer, and the principles behind it are not widely accepted by the medical community. It is not approved for use in the United States."

  • Often times, Traditional health care only treats ones symptoms! And only temporarily. almost always. I must admit I do not have evidence obviously but you should still see the movie "A beautiful Truth".

  • They have plenty of evidence on cancer survivors that were turned away from traditional doctors in hospitals givng them only months to live. Traditional medicine can only take you so far, and then it's diet, exercise, colon health and everything else that backs up the rest. Your own body must work to support healing Drugs or medicine can't do all he work on its own. That's all I'm saying. Didn't mean to come off like I was totallyyy against traditional health care.

  • So the answer to ALL of my questions is "no."

You can't provide any evidence but "they" can.

Great. You haven't seen the inside of your colon either have you? And you haven't talked to a gastroenterologist. Usually people try what's generally accepted, THEN if that doesn't work they try alternatives.Isn't that more logical?

My comments pertain to colon health ONLY. As does this video. If you widen the debate to ALL types of cancer, it's too and complex we're not going to get anywhere.

  • does it prevent stomach flu/other stomach pains etc..?

  • No it does not prevent stomach "flu" or stomach pains. In fact, it is possible that it could make stomach pains worse. Most "cleansers" contain laxatives that could aggravate existing conditions. You should go see your doctor and avoid taking "cleansers".

  • Yes my doctor told me this one was ok to take so I decided to share it. Did you get yourself a bottle yet? There might be something up your ass you may need to get out my friend.

  • @fitnessking10 i agree..lmfao...and congrats!! u made a great decision..i did it myself and the results were amazing..

  • @fitnessking10

    what foods did you eat?

  • @fitnessking10 LMAO at ur comment

  • It prevents nothing. It can only cause damage. Talk to a GI specialist. You don't need colon cleansers. In patients who have Inflammatory Bowel Disease (NOT "irritable bowel syndrome" that's not remotely as serious), colon cleansers can upset the balance of mucous and bacteria in the colon and result in a flare up of inflammation. I've spoken to a patient of Ulcerative Colitis (same disease as me) who used a colon cleanser. She suffered a very severe flare up and lost her colon.

  • hey i would like to know iis this product FDA aproved???

  • No. I doubt if any colon cleansers are. Just look up "mucoud plaque" on wikipedia. You'll find that the whole idea of colon cleansing is a farce which dates back to the early 1900s.

  • I tried it a few times, and nothinh happened.. now Allbran is the stuff

  • maybe the fat guy is his twin brother lol jk :D

  • how old do u have 2 be to take colon cleanser???

  • Ninja, do not waste your money with any "cleanser" scam. If you want a healthy digestive tract, eat foods with alot of fiber.

  • Your still here notice i haven't blocked you or deleted your comments, they are entertaining to the other readers here so i let you stay. Please keep leaving your 2 cents, you must be here cause you love my body or something; is it turning you on or something?

  • This is a natural supplement and supplements are healthy for everyone, just always use these things in moderation and make sure you are eating a well balanced diet for optimal health.

  • Just because something is a natural supplement, you automatically assume it's healthy?

    1) Have you ever seen a gastroenterologist?

    2) Have you ever had a colonoscopy to actually prove the existence of mucoid plaque in your colon?

Gastroenterologists do hundreds of colonoscopies a year. There is no legitimate documentation of mucoid plaque being seen.

I've had 5 colonoscopies. I saw the video. NOTHING there.

Colon cleansing has been a scam since the early 1900s. Look it up on wikipedia.

  • Why and how could doctors be scams.

They tell you what is best for you, they don't need to sell shit to make money, they already get paid more than all of us

  • You are a fool hen! Thanks for doctors and medications I have got finaly rid of epilepsy that i have had for a long time! If i would not have got medication and visited doctors regulary when i had epilepsy. I would have surely died when i was very young. Thous with astma would have been long time died if they would not get medication at all. So you seem to bee a real fool if you think doctors and scientists that help sick people get the medication they need to bee healthy are scamers! FOOL!!

  • fuck DOCTORS. doctors are fucking scams. they prescribe u medication that dont do shit, thats the onyl way to make money, prescription pills are so bad for you, nutrition pills are the way to go. doctors are the scam

  • Hen, you are a moron. You give these idiots money for FAKE cleansers while you complain doctors are only out to make money. You are a fool.

  • This guy is a fool. Colon cleansing products are a SCAM. Ask your doctor next time you go for a check-up. Most cleansing scams contain psyllium husk, which means when if you put the colon cleanse in a glass of water, it will form a gel like plug in the shape of the glass-much like it would do in the intestines. What you see is psyllium husk--NOT 50 lbs of "fecal matter". Do not fall for this scam! SCAM!

  • the psyllium actually pulls toxins and other unwanted material(such as mucoid plaque) from the colon walls. Thats the purpose of the psyllium is to expand in the intestinal tract to reach all the folds and crevices. When you have your bowel movements they not only get rid of the psyllium but the unwanted material along with it.

  • "mucoid plaque" is a phony word made up by idiots that sell colon cleansers. What you are saying is nonsensical: regular fiber will do the trick. They use psyllium so it forms a solig gel that they call fecal matter. I bet you cannot explain how "psyllium actually pulls toxins and other unwanted material(such as mucoid plaque) from the colon walls."

  • hmmm...so what does your Dr recommend to keep the colon clean, or does has he convinced you to just keep come seeing him and let him take care of you...by the way, what is the life expectancy of a DR? Apparently, that not out living their patients!

  • It is ok if you are FAT and UNHEALTHY my friend, and choose to stay that way due to your ignorance, but please do not comment on my video if you are just here to bash it.

  • Nice video.Lots of information, thanks a lot.

  • Cool. Thanks for the info. Yuck!! all that was accumulated inside, right? Oh, I need a cleanse urgently. :)

  • Robert, do not fall for this. The "fecal matter" they showed in the video is actuall the result of the psyllium inside the colon "cleanse" capsules mixing with the water in the large intestines. Take the capsules and dump them in a glass of water and you will see the same thing. These people are snake oil salesmen. Don't be part of the "a fool is born every minute" adage. Talk to a real doctor first.

  • your one of those fools born every minute what the fuck is your doctor going to do for you

ive taken one makes you shit out stuff you didnt even know you had in you you feeel tonns better and you do get toned

  • Again Noliberals123 why don't you go mind your own business, nobody here appreciates your comments you can this this right? you seem to know things, more than the other viewer here, I am just trying to show that colon cleansers can help you lose a bit of weight, we all know its not a miracle weight loss drug but it makes you fell cleaner and lighter and does in fact remove toxins so get lost.

  • Colon "cleansers" are scams. That has been proven. The only weight that is lost is water weight due to the sagrada which is a laxitive. I challenge you to explain in detail the mechanism behind your "does in fact remove toxins" comment. Otherwise, my initial observation that you don't know anything about physiology will be confirmed. Furthermore, I can post where ever I choose.

  • I did not challenge your intelligence in this matter, as I am sure you are as smart as you would like to think you are, your have the right to your opinion, but let people make their own opinion, just get lost and stop bashing on my stuff. Sure you can post anywhere but you are crying like a baby because I asked you to get lost from here, like I said, it is not a miracle weight loss just helps dop some extra weight trapped against the colon wall helping the midsection look leaner.

  • haha if it isnt noliberals123 again. dude you are not only talking bad about foot pads now you have to rip on colon cleansing? man when do you stop

  • I am trying to educate people on scams. Funny that you are here as well. I bet you like to believe in anything that you cannot prove. I suppose I will see you next time at a Bigfoot or Loch Ness video.

  • Actually spectrogramic studies show that the stuff you pass is mostly decaying meat and high glutinous foods. Those other videos just prove that fiber absorbs water....duh. Fiber also attracts lipids and pushes them through you're digestive tract. You're commenting on a topic you obviously know nothing about.

  • I think it is comical that you use made up words like "spectrogramic" to sound intelligent. I am a scientist, moron. You cannot fool me with your pseudo-scientific BS. I would also like you to pm me with links about this "study", You are clearly not a scientist. I think your attempts at sounding educated are pathetic.

  • I like how you call yourself a scientist! I'm not a scientist.I'm the average health conscious guy. I'm not trying to fool you with anything, I'm trying to tell you that nobody cares what you think. If you're a scientist then that doesn't say much for the future.

  • Actually, I hope the fact that I am a scientist will allow me to educate people on ACTUAL physiology so they can avoid garbage such as "cleansers". I am hoping it will also teach people that words like "spectrogramic" and "mucoid plaque" are NOT real words (except in the world of "cleansers" and alternative "medicine" where deception and ignorance are the foundation). Still waiting for you to produce those "studies" you cited.

  • Well I'll apologize first because I don't clip out every article I read.I read that study years ago. A spectrogram reads sound waves and can be used to distinguish density and molecular weight but you already knew that...If you're so enlightened on the subject then where is your evidence? I'm done arguing as this could go on forever...I'm 185 lbs. @ 8% bodyfat , I agree that cleanses aren't necessary...for healthy people. However if you eat fast food at all this could help in the long run.

  • The only spectrogram I am aware of is the kind also known as a sonogram, which is used as a sonar or radar. I am not sure how that is useful at identifying the contents of the colon. The purpose of my post(s) is to inform people that many pounds of fecal matter do not sit in the intestines without warning signs (severe pain, bleeding, ect...). The colon is extremely effective--it does not need help (except for fiber rich food).

  • Think about it this way, there are millions of colonoscopies performed every year. When the patient drinks the prep, the colon is clean. If not, I am sure there would be many irate doctors with crap on their scopes. Anyone that has taken the prep will tell you that the "crap" seen on the colon cleanser infomercials after the person takes the cleanser is not seen in the toilet--yet the colon is clean.

  • A friend has had many colonoscopies. The prep is a pharmaceutical laxative with a heavy dose of disodium docusate and you drink a gallon of it. I maintain a clean diet after losing over 75 lbs. which includes about 30 to 40 grams of fiber a day. using a cleanser, to most people is like making up for a poor diet. The study I read said that they broke it down and it showed a significant amount of rotting meat and natural gums and glutinous masses.Like I said though arguing is pointless.

  • I am not doubting that you read the study, I am, however, doubting that it was in a real peer review journal. The "rotting meat" scare tactic is commonly used among proponents of colon cleansers. The colon is VERY effective at what it does. As you have stated, it is not necessary to use colon cleansers. A person only needs to take in an adequate amount of fiber in the diet.

  • I have had 5 colonoscopies over the course 15 years. When I drank the cleanser NONE of that "mucoid plaque" came out of me. When I watched the colonoscopy on the video screen, all I saw was pink large intestinal lining. There was not a trace of "mucoid plaque" and I eat one of the shittiest diets ever. Look up "mucoid plaque" on wikipedia. It's a century old scam.

  • years ago i played with several laxatives and enemas at the same time all in one day. i did start to expel old very foul feces that looked peculiar w/the same lining that you find on sausages. and I passed a large chunk of feces that had the same shape as the rectum. I can't explain your colonoscopies, but i do believe some people retain feces when they have a bad diet and are constipated. did you see footage for the entire lengths of the large and small intestines? they can be pretty long.

  • You can't explain my colonoscopies? Of course not. No colon cleanser can ever point to a colonoscopy which shows evidence of mucoid plaque. Every medically accepted gastrointestinal disorder has endoscopic pictures proving that it exists. So, you had those bizarre bowel movements ONLY when you used the products? It's impossible to know whether there was something really stuck in there, or if you were excreting the product. If you really had a blockage you'd be in the hospital within 1 day.

  • horrie: "So, you had those bizarre BM's w/the products, was something stuck in there or was it the product coming out". Like I've stated, I was taking some tablet laxatives similar to ex-lax (that have no psyllium or fiber in them whatsoever) and liquid enemas....I doubt it was those things that I saw in the toilet. How can a liquid enema and ex-lax looked like feces taking the shape of rectum? Explain that?

  • OK, I believe that the products you took didn't have psyllium / fiber. But what DID they have? I mean, they DO have an effect on digestion right?

I'm sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean "shape of the rectum?" In the word "Rectum Intestinum" means "straight intestine" You mean it was all squiggly? That's abnormal for sure, but my point is that there is no such thing as "mucoid plaque." I'm looking for actual evidence of its existence. These cleansers companies have yet to prove it.

  • @horrie: The ingredients in those products were whatever exlax and liquid generic enemas have in them. The shape I wanted to say was strange, rather hard to explain. Cuff your hands, thats the shape. It didn't break apart, it was large, glued together, striated, old and foul, so maybe not exactly like rectum but still strange. The best thing to do is try a colon cleanse for yourself for about 2months. You'll know for sure then. Experience would be the best talking pt against this.

  • Your colonoscopies are left to interpretation. You are only seeing a small portion of your small/large intestines anyway which stretch as much as 30 ft ! All I know is that I can eat huge meals several times a day and only pass a handful of feces in a few days. I don't think the empty pink colonoscopies we see are always like that (pink clean looking) obviously as food has to pass thru there, they must be giving something to totally empty it b4 they probe into it.

  • I was only seeing a small portion of my large intestine? Where you there with me? :-P They were FULL colonoscopies, I sat there watching it on the screen. The endoscope went all the way to the ileum. Trust me! And remember, this discussion is about the colon (a.k.a. large intestine), not the small intestine. That's a completely different organ. A GI dr. will NOT do a colonoscopy until the colon is totally cleaned out. The hospital provides the cleanser, that's the only type you should use.

  • @horriehomepage You just answered your own question when you said a GI dr will not do a colonoscopy until the entire tract is cleaned out. So that explains why you didn't see anything, bcoz they had already cleaned that plaque out of you before the surgery. Makes sense now. Caught ya'!

  • No, I didn't answer my own question. According to the people selling colon cleansers, we all have mucoid plaque built up inside of us. Do we agree there?

I took a MEDICALLY APPROVED colon cleanser to clean myself out. I had diarrhea about 15 times in 1 day. First it was normal stool, then it got thinner and thinner to practically clear liquid. NO MUCOID PLAQUE CAME OUT OF ME. I'm going to have another colonoscopy on March 25th This will be my 6th one. I know it'll be the same.

  • horrie: maybe your medically approved cleanser broke up the plaque and that's why it came out runny. For the fact that you had diarrhea 15x's in one day suggests to me that you had a ton of feces backed up in your gut. Who gives a hoot about mucoid plaque, ppl just want to get shit out of their system regardless of what you call it.

  • horrie: can you give me the name of this medically approved cleanser you took? how did you feel after 15 diarheas, was your butt sore, did you feel pain in the abd. area?

  • @Pllm30 why is it that I can't seem to find the medical term, "mucoid plaque," in any medical journal?

  • @Anheuser66 I dunno. Probably bcoz it's just called impacted feces in the medical community. They're aware the ppl have it that's why they have patients use Miralax or enemas.

  • i do believe its a scam if used to promote weight loss, but it does clean your colon.

btw- its a quick temp solution. my friend did it a month prior to her wedding to fit into her dress...she gained it all back
