I have to say this movie is a huge disappointment to those who read the book. It kept out so many important scenes, and like 5 characters were left out too.

Amen to that. This movie is most definately a huge disappointment. It cuts out everything, even little quirks that ended up influencing the actions of characters and doesn't even faintly touch the magnitude of Susie's death upon the world she left behind.

No, not really, yes there were different scenes in it and stuff but most adaptations are like that. The only thing that dissapointed me was there was hardly any link with the icicles being Susie's favorite murder weapon- clearly established in the book but not in the film. I felt that bit was important.
