  • thanks!!! yes, they are a great audience, i think they're just use to getting outta the way as soon as i start to play wit the pole. they have gotten in the way, so i think they know better now, lol

  • thanks!

  • Lovely, very strong moves. Do you have a gymnastics background?

  • I just rewatched this. I love what you did with your shoulder mount at 1:17 pretty.

  • thanks i've been workin on my shoulder mount. joys performance has really inspired me. she can do a lot of things with the shoulder mount. i just can't get over how much it pinches my neck!

  • Did you get the horrible bruises like I did when you first learned it. I'm not sure I'll ever get used to how that pole feels on that shoulder. But it is my fav mount of the moment.

  • your amazing! ive been tryin more an mroe to do it with pants on as a challenge. its fun.. cant wait to get as good as you

  • ya the pants was deffenately a change! its more upper body strength. thanks!

  • Show off!, LOL! But hey, you did a damn good job of it--anybody that can invert and hold it in long pants has definitely got mad pole skills! At 00:54, I think you did the impossible--the reverse pole kat in pants--the only grip point was the top of your ankles. That was incredible. I also really enjoyed your turns and transitions in the entire sequence 1:50 to 2:09. Simply beautiful... By the way, I love your headshots that end each video--it's a nice personal touch.

  • :54 was tough it was mostly upper body strength and trust me i am paying for it today!! my tricepts and my shouulders are really killing me, but holding the moves longer deffinately the key to building strength!

i have decided to put a pic at the end of every vid. deffinately signature!!! lol :)

    always luv ur comments ~emily

  • nice job girl. in pants its harder, well done. the dogs on the side watchin like an audience, are just TOO TOO CUTE! xoxo

  • thanks! it is really hard in pants but i was feeling it!

my babies- they deffinately are my audience and my biggest fans lol (luv my babies)

  • U r getting to booty poppin strength on those aysha holds and broken candlesticks......I have only done it twice and it took me forever! u have progressed very quickly, and in pants, wow!!

  • thank u! means a lot! ur like a pro, i also think ur progress is very fast and ur very strong! the broken candlestick is all upper body and i have been working to get it stronger and steadier. u can deffinately see my progress (exspecially wit ppant!)

  • Some good strong moves in there!

  • that was fab. you really are very strong and i loved the bit where you do the aysha and you are kind of waving you body while up there ?! starts at about 0.57 xx

  • thanks!

  • great job, the dog is like DAMN wish i could do that.

  • thanks LOL :)

  • awe your puppy looks like he wants to swing on the pole too, LOL You are so strong do you do weight exercises for strength as well as the pole?

  • no i don't do any weight exercise for the pole. i just work on th epole because its gonna get the muscle u need stong so u can start to see improvements every pole practice! i will just pull myself up and down on the pole or also trying to hold my moves as long as i can is the best way to get strong!

  • I love that your puppy watches you too! Your mount at :09 looked really strong. I'm just getting that one down. You are doing really well. Strong Moves. Looking good.

  • thank u! i can't wait to see ur improvement over the next couple months! :)

  • nice dancing, you are really good at this stuff, amazing!

  • thanks!!!*!*
