In your example, "Jigoku e ike," Jigoku is hell, "e" (written as "he" in hiragana) is the particle for "at" or "to", and "ike" is the dictionary form of ikimasu, which means "to go" or just "go".

The verb is ALWAYS at the end of the sentence in Japanese, so therefore the verb "ike" means "go".
