I had a cat,when I moved into a new place,he got lost in the unfamiliar woods and I never saw him again...I still feel sad about that to this day and wished I had been more careful and not let him out so soon, it takes a week or two til cats get the vibe of a place,and shouldn't be let out before then ,I learned that the HARD way :-(
