@THEJOURNEY92 heres the thing with pierce there was a time were he was not playing to the expectations of the franchise. He was picked up for his scoring ability and for a while he was shooting under 50% which is not very good. He made a lot of changes and instead of trying to be a one man show he started becoming a team player which lead them to championships.
