Okay I just saw someone else's video of this. Without a doubt, a person in the audience says wincest loudly. it's extremely clear on that particular video. If you don't believe me check it out yourself. The link is up on superwiki. Personally, i can't hear it on this video. However I can't say for certain that's what jensen's referring to but i would bet money on it because jared looks right in that direction and says that's not funny. hope that clears everything up.
