The eel is the same size as a regular eel. Which is about a couple of feet. And the "creature" you mentioned is a type of crab, I don't remember the name.

@XpenANDpaperX thats not the sea floor. Look in the video when she pans down and you see black ocean below it. Theres is a gelatenous looking carbon blob forming there by the spills. There plenty of black ocean way, way below. And there things thriving inside this new style carbon blob and that is pretty strange, It is a strange pettry dish if you ask me. This is amazing. That eels got no fear of whatever is on the other end of those white claws. Those white claw things must be attached to something bigger or the eel would have no trouble picking them up. Maybe the white claws are ripped off a bigger creature by the eel. Eels are powerful but they're not usually aggressive hunters like that one one is. Most tend to wait for their smaller pray to pass nearby the rocks or holes that they hang out in before they strike. I'm no fish expert though.
king snake eel can grow up to 6-foot long the one in the video is a Elver stage: darker coloring (gray to greenish-brown); single gill slit in front of pectoral fins. Size up to 3 feet in length. I will send you the link.
