  • hamma geilo =)

  • ... Thanx

  • btw, are the PID loops running on the NXT or on the PC?

  • now there are running on the NXT.. and it works fine.. but i have also tried to run the PID loops on the PC , just you can see on the other video.. it works also

  • nice video and good use of the PID toolkit. How many PID loops do u run in a second?

I also wanted to use the PID toolkit to control a differential dive with two 600 count encoders. But i was worried that bandwidth between the PC and the NXT might be an issue.

    any help plz?

  • thanx... In this Video the timing is configured , that every 30 ms the PID Loop is running.. I have test a lot but the result with 30 ms was a good solution..

I think the problem is also the usb device.. seriel transfer.. I saw that when i implement the pid direct on the nxt.. the whole system works much better

  • Nicely done. Nice example of what you can do with the NXT and the LabVIEW software.

  • Thanx... Yeah it just looks like a toy, but it was hard work to do this.

Anyway i think it was a real cool project..

  • Eine respektable Leistung :-D

  • Vielen Dank ... :-)
