    the non-stick coating of the inner pan can cause cancer. I guess it works fine when cook rice but I don't recommend any one use it to bake.

  • @yuanmingzhang why it doesnt cause cancer for cooking rice but it does for baking??/ I want to try this method to bake for long...

  • @yuanmingzhang it will cause cancer when temp. >260C. Can cooker reach more than 100C?
