@luigibarqs The English Dub follows Sakurai's wish and rule of Kirby not aloud to talk while the Japanese version disobeys his rule by making him say attack phrases automatically making the English Dub the superior version as any True Anime Fan will tell you and at least the English cast knows how to match and sync lip flap.

@luigibarqs Seeing as all the voices all sound the same, yes, it was probably dubbed by 4Kids cast, but not 4Kids entirely.
