    Could be.... I thought it was amino acids.... Purple Wraath to be exact but one of my friends could have very well switched it and added cystal light to the pee. Why, do subscribe to the benefits of urine therapy yourself?

  • @timbahwolf I go Bear Grylls and juice elephant turds for my workout hydration. On a serious note, I'm gonna start swigging that during workouts as well but a friend of mine told me the Juicy Grape flavor tastes like grape Kool Aid with buttcrack. What flavor would you recommend? I have a weak stomach.

  • Did you do high rep (20+) ab exercises to get the abs you have now or low rep (8-15) ones?

    I have no fat on my upper abs and do high rep ab exercises but they don't pop out as much as I would like, the way yours do.

    Any tips?

  • Is it possible and effective on the abs, to do sit ups to stand ups, using a cable machine?

    Going down, and using the cables to help yourself up, will it still be effective on the abs?

  • not at all. the way you describe would work your lower back.

    technically, if you did alot (like double my bodyweight for me) of weight, you would have to constantly flex your entire core throughout the exercise, but that isnt as effective as what he is doing.

  • I would think it would be abs on the ground, but during the standing portion it'd be lower back? Abs stabilize that though too...

  • Start Practicing these with a heavy barbell to put your feet under. I do it without it now. You have to really build your core leg strength first. Do Front squats, Hack Squats, and leg extensions. Should be able to do these in a month if you train hard.

  • would you suggest doing these without a medicine ball for starting it out? my ab strength isnt quite where yours is, so i cant do that with a medicine ball.

  • Well, lately I hit my abs 3 times per week. Its usually the hanging raise and 2 other exercises per day.
