"pagsayawin" is obviously not cebuano (it should have been pagasayawon)
"upay-upaya" is not cebuano either (it should have been ayo-ayoha)
"hiya" is not cebuano too (it should have been siya)
"maaga" is not cebuano too (i don't know what it mean been if its waray then it should have been mabuntag)
"malagundon" is not cebuano too (i simply don't know what it mean)
"hala na kita magchacha" is never a cebuano phrase

while there a lot of cebuano cognates and even similar words, the construction of the phrases and conjugations would tell you a lot
