  • I cant fully enjoy Neil Hamburger because im vegetarian

  • Oddball musical funnyman NEIL HAMBURGER reveals his tale of a crowd's rage when he is paired with The Offspring at The Worst Gig (WorstGig.com).

  • Pig people. Classic.

  • My favourite kind of burger is a Neilham.

  • drunk vancouver hipsters. living proof that people sniff glue when they're pregnant.

  • @uberscheisse

Vancouver hipsters are the worst, well pretty much all hipsters are.

  • My favorite taxi driver ever!!

  • This guy is fucking funny

  • Fucking Australians! ;-D

  • the title of this video had me expecting a porn the whole time i was watching this

  • @fattymcgee122 I'm sure you'd love that fatty eh!?

  • his best!

  • 1:07 a guy yells at least he had talent

  • I've got nothing against Neil, but he's just too awkward for me to watch. I have a problem with being embarrassed for other people when I feel like they're making fools of themselves. I know it's just an act, but still.

  • StationaryTransient: I feel that way about a lot of things, but for some reason not about NH.

  • @StationaryTransient The thing is , most people see the monkeys reacting to neils comedy as the ones making fools of themselves.

  • I love this guy!

  • "You PIG PEOPLE!!!"

    LOL.

  • i think its great when no-one knows who neil hamburger is and what he does...he loves hecklers :)

  • I love seeing comedians who are prepared for hecklers..

  • Neil Hamburger = Funny

  • Neil Hamburger is brilliant. I love his handling of this situation. I can't wait to see him later this month!

  • So be VOCAL, that is invited. Mindlessly yelling senseless shit over his set ups and punch lines is NEVER part of the show. I know this because we spoke at length about this particular incident. and it's also just common sense. He cut the show short because of it. don't be dumb. Let every one enjoy Neil.

  • Neil's act wouldn't work without heckling but it's deliberate heckling, within moments you know when to heckle and when not to. His act is based on that dynamic, but there's a difference between participating in that and talking over the bits he needs your quiet for. I saw him live and people just... knew.. it was immense. Part of a music festival and the favorite part for several of the acts playing.

  • Having said that, he is by far the best entertainer at dealing with hecklers I have EVER seen. Partially because he gets so much practice. A couple weeks after this show I witnessed him work a cheering and booing crowd of 2 thousand people. They were yelling stuff but as soon as he opened his mouth for another gem they shut up. He had them eating out of his hand. Truly inspirational.

  • I opened for Neil this night and although his act may invite hecklers if you think he likes it you're insane. He has material and timing like every other comic. The challenge is that when he started out it was "Bad" jokes but his act has evolved so much past that. A bunch of his albums have strategical placed heckles but that doesn't mean he loves it when drunk idiots won't stop screaming over his delivery

  • That's good. It would be kind of difficult to prosecute the entire crowd for publicly executing a few assholes. I like the way Neil thinks.

  • You are all missing the point. Neil invites hecklers. He doesn't care if you get pissed off. He does pretty much the same routine on hecklers wherever he goes. Its part of the show.

  • concerning >>narrowarrows comment...You obviously havn't seen the best of Bill Hicks

  • Yeah, I agree. Or Carlin talking about shoving a dick in the guy's mouth lol

  • that was classic. "i hope your children die in a car fire."

    carlin was the man.

  • Hicks is lame. Hamburger delivers a beautiful slow burn.

  • this is probably the best most ruthless heckler ejection i've ever seen.

  • What a legend

  • best neil clip

  • Why are these a-holes at a Neil Hamburger show anyway? You'd think they would be playing beer pong and contracting venereal diseases.

  • hahaha well said!

  • Neil just got my vote for president of the United States. Who gives a shit if he isn't running.

  • Umm...the election was last month, not this one. I think you missed your chance.

  • I know, I'm willing to wait four years.

  • I will gladly offer my services in this election. I support your cause.

  • Well done.

  • Neil Hamburger can be honest with how pissed he is at hecklers. I love that. No jokes, just indignant crochety anger.

  • I wish you had footage of the crowd throwing their drinks towards these two assholes!!!

    Dammmit

  • Sucks that Neil has to put up with douchebag frat dudes.

  • haha---" throw things at them !"

  • I have never seen anyone completely destroy a heckler like that-this guy fucking rules!!

  • he's awesome.

  • I love Neil, he's in Tenacious D: POD, he appears as a washed up comedian, unlike his real life role, I love im!

  • This is fuckin' awesome!!!

  • HAHAHA, he can handle hecklers so well.

  • hamburger is great, if anyone disagrees, come down 123 fake street an we'll bash your fuckin head with a tyre iron!!!

  • i never knew tire iron was spelled tyre in british english. British english is crazy.

  • Or alternatively, it's correct, and not amended for 6 year-olds.

'British English' indeed. I think you mean 'English'. ^^

  • jeez guy, when i said crazy, i didn't mean bad. People always take things as an insult. I like british english, and i study archaic pronunciations. I'm not six years old either. What the hell is wrong with spelling it TIRE. It is indeed used on tires. Ill bet if we asked neil, he would spell it tire.

  • Yeah ok maybe that was a bit harsh, sorry.

Fact remains though the correct spelling is 'tyre'. Just like 'tonight' for example. I don't want to react like every other internet user and fly off the handle at a simple comment but I would've thought you could see how it's insulting when people take your mother tongue and start insisting incorrect American spellings are somehow the international standard. There's nothing archaic about 'tyre', it's the original word which is still the correct one!

  • Fine Dandy. I assume you were talking about people spelling tonight like tonite. I hate it when people do that. I wasnt suggesting tyre was archaic either.

  • hey, jerkface

penicillin wasn't invented, it was discovered, not by an english, but by a scott. It was developed as a medicine by an Australian. Nobody even uses tarmac, which was also pioneered by a scott. The first completely electronic television, was invented by Philo Farnsworth. Anything before that cannot really be considered a television, as they could not readily transmit input data. At any rate Farnsworth was an AMERICAN. England invented bad food.

  • Whoah there, hold your fyre. :D

  • i would like ta see neil read the great gasby too the audience

  • "you pig people" lol

  • that was the greatest thing I've ever seen

  • classic!

  • Neil is the shit!!!!

  • This is such a fine fine video.

  • Its called an act idiot.

  • Amazing, so awesome. I love Neil.

  • I love how he never breaks character, even while yelling.

  • I know. He reminds me of Andy Kaufman a little bit, keeping a constant character.

  • You are 1 comedian that has balls to not turn that horrid behaviour into a joke. More power to ya. fuck the hecklers

  • haha yeah, good point, who wants to hear a joke from a comedian?

  • i will never do anything you want unless you want me to put a gun in your mouth... hahahahahahaha

  • I hate hecklers, good for neil, tearing them a new asshole

  • Haha that was pretty good. Reminds me a little of the way Bill Hicks handled hecklers.

  • or michael richardson

  • haha.

  • we hate you be quiet

  • hahaha look at that professionalism-- he stays in character thoughout.

  • as far as i know he never breaks character in public.

  • PErhaps never.

    Ever.

  • Neil Hamburger is an absolute legend. He can work a crowd like no other comedian and that's tough, becuase his material is mostly "anti-comedy". Keep it up Neil and don't give those celebrities a break.

  • @chasturner2 Hey i liked how you mentioned that his material is "anti-comedy" because it shows you have a grasp of what he's about. Heaven forbid that youtube would think you don't understand Neil Hamburger.

  • @bingefeller LMAO. Yes, point out these pseudo-intellectuals and hold them up to ridicule. It;s a sure fire way to cement your status as truly truly smart amongst this crowd.

  • Now, THAT, michael richards, is how you handle hecklers! (you try to get the crowd to murder them for you!) so awesome

  • Fuckin' legend!

  • I love the ways he coughs and gags when people jeer him on stage. SO funny. He was good on the tim and eric episode soo funny.

  • fake... cgi

  • neil for president

  • When I saw Neil/Gregg in Providence, RI a few nights ago, he was a very kind and friendly person the second he stepped off stage. He was selling his own merchandise and autographed a poster of mine! How noble. And pathetic. But that's why we love old Neil!

  • Hamburger - you rapists

Tim & Eric - what did he say? sir we dont like to be called rapists...

    Hamburger - then dont rape?!

  • neil hamburger is maynard james keenens(tool, perfect circle) paternal twin brother.

  • prove it.

  • "pig-people" ROFL

  • hahah still kills me

  • Great stuff, thanks for posting it.

  • One of his best moments!

  • Neil is a national treasure.

  • uncomfortable situations gives neil the fuel, great vid :P

  • is this pat's pub? oh, it is. cocksucker vancouverites. just ask henry rollins. bash their heads in with a baseball bat.

  • I'm quickly realizing that this man is a genius.

  • holy crap the funniest thing ive ever seen hahahahaa

  • Wjhen he's not telling jokes he's fuckin funny, especially the business tone he speaks in for his jokes.

  • Wow, this is great. Who thought that Hamburger actually could be funny. With the movie "Heckler" coming out, maybe everyone will at last forgive Michael Richards, eh?

  • Fantastic. Hamburger's finest moment.

  • I hate screaming fuckface jocks and loser cunts at shows. Shut your fucking mouths.

  • I never thought Neil Hamburger could be that funny.

  • He's hilarious. He's anti-comedy

  • He's not that funny but I sympathize with him. And why didn't you include the footage of the drinks being thrown on them?

  • There's definitely something there. Not necessarily originality...Foster Brooks did this schtick forty years ago. But Hamburger/Turkington is talented, no question.

  • Wow, that was nice. Very nice.

  • probably because he's hilarious

  • I dont get why everyone likes this guy so much . . . . :(

  • yeah dude, he's the world's funnyman. get with the now.

  • because you don't have any sort of sense of humor whatsoever

  • i lost my sense of humor ..in VIETNAM LOLOLOLOLOL

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  • LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
