  • so should i do this twice everyday? how many times should i do the whole workout , and what days??(to nobody in particular.....)

  • Doing major strength training every day is not wise. To allow your muscle tissue to grow (making you stronger and leaner) you need to rest at least one full day between full-body workouts. You should also try to get a full night of undisturbed sleep after a day when you train.

    Instead of doing this every day, try doing it every other day and add in 30-45 minutes of cardio training (brisk walking, running, biking, swimming laps) as an every-day thing.

  • i saw the first video or the other one that had these exercises and i did on the floor and it kinda hurt then i found this and u said u can use a chair and i didn't think of that and i kept saying "THAT WORKS!" and i wasn't even doing them! that helps me alot thank you! i feel like im too young fer these cause im 16 but it helps me loose weight. thanks again
