@DieselSmoke92 It's not the same for every addon. Some people make an RWP file you can install through the package manager. Some people make an installer that will do most everything for you and some people just provide the files and you have to install them manually. They should all include a readme file though that will explain what you need to do.
@crazedtofu Yup its funny just after i wrote that i torqued around and figured it out and got some new locomotives ingame and a gp-38 sound pack working. Also how can i get the locomotives i have downloaded to a drive by train or drive by route option without me making my own route? i guess downloading new routes people made but im wondering if the game provides them with these mods. Thanks.
@DieselSmoke92 When you're in a route you have to go into the scenario editor. From there you can access all the locomotives and rail cars you have installed and put your own train together.
@homersimpson007bjorn If you look on SMM Digital's site, you'll find a very detailed instruction manual for setting these up that should answer your questions. But if you're still having trouble with them, send me a PM and I'll go ahead and make a video.
When I get my new Railworks.. How do I get these signals.. I'd rather have these signals then the ones they have that flash faster then what there suppose too..
@Venkman29 Railworks has made a new signals now making cars to stop in front of the tracks. I like it and I hope smmDigtial will do the same using his crossing. I know he's working hard to make em.

LOL Your pc is the same is mine. It also hates Railworks and Fraps. But next year Im getting a new pc and will be a whole different story.
