  • haha he takes the bands off and starts punching and i started laughing so fucking hard. You dont punch with "power". you punch with "snap" or "dynamite". you want your muscle fibers to react instantly when you go to throw a punch. thats why boxers move so fast. nobody is gonna stand there and let you punch them so your super hard punch isnt very effective when it misses. this guy doesnt know what the fuck he's doing to begin with.
