If you look back in the time of the Gospel (Ingeel) which we also believe in since it is one of the preserved books not touched by man. You will see the truth. He was taken by Angels away from Mary (Maryam R.A.) he was saved by God from the punishment of the people who was sent to kill Jesus PBUH. Now he stays in Paradise until God decrees for him to come back to us. It is out crazy that you say that he shed blood for your sins when he wasn't killed on the cross. Instead a substitute was killed in his place.
