  • Kipping isnt the issue. It's the lack of space allocated for full extension of the arms on the dead hang portion. Being a former gymnast I would venture to say that only a small percentage of people can do muscle ups outside of the Gymnastic/CrossFit community.

    i do not train gimnastics, or crossfit, and actually i can do muscle ups easily

    How do male gymnast develop their biceps to get so full & muscular.I like the soft muscle tone that gymnast have.Do they lift weights at all to tone the biceps?
