He's very big on having the lower body stable and in control so that he can hit as hard as he can with the right hand. Just goes to show how "feels" in the golf swing are so individual...
TW is a classic swinger. There is no "whollop with the right hand". He utilizes centrifugal force to both release the club and square the clubface.This is a very reliable way to "swing" a golf club well into the golden years.

HIs wrist is straight in take-back and down-swing.
and bent left arm makes his swing limber.
