I mean- look at it! So beautifully smooth, the details, the models, the graphics, the UI is pretty decent-looking as well! It's 2010, I don't see any reason why they can't achieve this 5 years from 2005. What I want to really know, is why they churned out this current version we see today.

If they wanted to appeal to kids, why not make SPORE, And then 'Spore'(surreal version)? or call this spoRe (R for Real)

In fact, just make -spoRe- the new Spore 2; I guarantee that many will buy.

i found a pink spic ice plannet a few hours ago it was a T0 plannet now its a T3 plannet and has no ice left on it hurray for sculpting tools :D

This looks so much better then the actual game, the feeling of freedom in this vid doesnt excist in the actual game. First off the city looks amazing, as if you could actualy design everything not just the buildings. When zoomed out it still looks like your in controle, plus the plnet looks bigger and has more asmosphere then those in the game.

Ya, you can, but the two players will not be able to play together at the same time (accoding to Will Wright at least). If someone goes to ur planet, kills it, colonizes it, allys with it, etc. then the gamw will let you know what happened. and...IT COMES TO THE US IN 2 DAYS!!!! (:

the games not online multiplayer what happens is ur content is saved onto spore website and downloaded onto other players comps so they have stuff to verse, and if ur planet on someone elsses comp is taken over u get a message on the website/ur e-mail saying so and all.

yeah but Will said because of the Procedural Animation thing (only building what it needs for right then and there. otherwise this game would be 500Gigs) that it should run on most entry level desktops.

Sort of, ppl's creations are connected to a server and downloaded onto individual games therefore when you destroy their planet it doesn't blow up on their server, keeping the galaxy in a permanent stat
