Hello! Have you considered - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my m8 got great 6 pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.
I have a big problem... I am trying to loose weight and I am eating as healthy as I can and I workout as often as I can. BUT my parents keep pushing me to eat cake and candy! Even when I tell them that I don't want it they are like: "If you don't eat it, you can't go to the party on saturday". What can I do?? Sorry for my bad english...
@emiliejuhl Well that is very strange. Maybe your parents went through a tough time when food was scarce and they to do not want to waste it. Maybe you can explain to them that candy and cake has no nutritional value and if they really want to feed you they should give you foods your body needs like protein, veggie and fruit !

@xxxMostEnviedGurlxxx I am no professional..but in my opinion to get the FULL effect of this routine, weights are needed. But if you're uncomfortable using them..I would suggest working your way up to it.
I love your videos i started drinking green smoothies for breakfast and throughout the day and doing your videos last week I have already lost 15 pounds i am so happy. The only problem is since i've had kids doing videos that have crunches or situps gives me a sensation of having a charlie horse in my abs and lower abs because of my c-sections. Any suggestions?

@lalaronika1 Well that is difficult to answer with out seeing you and knowing what you are doing. Every person is different, what is heavy for one person may be light for another. Have you been doing all the workouts? Do you lift weights at the gym? I need more info to answer that question :)
@lalaronika1 There is no perfect size!! you have to work your body to be its best. If you want to gain muscle you need to do enough weight so that 6 to 8 repetitions feels like a challenge.

@REENAGUPTAable Glad you like the workout. Breasts are mostly fatty tissue, when you reduce your body fat you will reduce your breast size. We can firm up the chest muscle, but we can't firm up the fatty tissue :"")
@deadrose144 If you are beginnger you can still do 2 or 3 videos a day. Try to make it add up to at least 30 minutes. If you want to follow a schedule join me on fb and I have a recommended schedule in the notes section.
um the workout scheduel u have on facebook, can beginners do it because it seems like a lot and than u have to do each workout 2 or 3 times so is that scheduel for everyone?
@shana4164933514 Yes beginners can do it, you just have to work your way up to it. Do as much as you can each week and one day you will be doing it all. You do not have to do the workouts 3 times if you are following the schedule.
@sunshine123204 If you do it 3 times a week along with other workouts like Boxer Babe and Get Your Sexy Back you will see results in about 7 days. But the key to being in shape is not to worry about how long it takes because working out is something you should do forever!

i've been doing the two exercise here (chest press i guess that's the name and the one that looks like you're opening a book) but i never thought of adding a little flavor by crunching half-way up. i'll include this in my routine to add some challenge. thank you Tiffany for this video!

@bnmack Make sure you exhale when you come up during your situps and drink lots of water daily. Take small breaks when it hurts and then start again.
