Heres an interesting fact: Originally instead of Lizardman, Hulk and She-Hulk were supposed to be in this story arc. But I heard that since their show was airing on UPN, that couldnt happened. Nope, Disney owns Marvel now, and they were the ones distributing the other DVD's (under their Buena Vista line) before they bought Marvel.

They have the rights, they are just too lazy to release them I guess, usually they wait till their is a major motion picture to release them. That is what they did with all the other ones, and released the entire 1960's series on DVD,

Captain America had a girlfriend back in WW2, she was actually a mutant called Queen, and she was an insect-human hybrid.
