Just so you know the movie is not KINDA fictional! It is cold hard truth! The director Kabir Khan underwent years of in-depth research before making the film! He has combined the life and experiences of various people (INCLUDING HIS OWN) in the three characters. Especially Sam's character played by John Abraham. Its sad though that NRI consumers of Indian cinema just deem our movies as copied and "KINDA FICTIONAL"! Don't watch 'em if you don't like 'em!
