Eh, she turned down $207K because she still had 2 $1,000,000 cases in play, as well as the $400K case. Then she knocked out both $1,000,000 cases. You could see why she turned down the offer. It was only the fourth offer as well, and she only had a 33% chance of opening one of the top amounts, and a 25% of opening up at least $1,000,000. In the end, I would have, and you probably would have also, turned down the $207K in that sceanario, even though it is a crapload of money.

The problem with the primetime version is that NBC pulled a "Millionaire" on it, basically overplaying it and adding too many gimmicks to the show until the gameplay ended up taking a backseat.
