Dude, the photographer was standing well over 50 feet away when Tyson got upset and charged at him. Merely pointing a lens at someone is not a threatening act. People have a legal right to film anything they want in a public place, he was under no obligation to put his camera down.

Well, I know what it's like to deal with people who act all psycho when they see a camera. Once I was in my friend's driveway checking the time on my cell phone, and this idiot runs out of the house across the street and gets in my face yelling at me because he thought I was taking pictures of his house (it wasn't even a camera phone). I told him what I was really doing, and the dickhead didn't even apologize for his rude outburst.

this incident was after the death of his 3yr old daughter..he was in the airport to fly to help the mother with funeral arrangements. people said that the papparazi made a comment abt the death. Tyson ignored the comment but vented when the dude kept following him. Mike shud of punched him a lot harder and become undisputed heavyweight champion of the los angeles airport
